• Birth certificate legalised and translated at the Cuban Consulate in the country of origin. (If they are divorced (a) or a widow/widower (a))
• The Final Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate, where appropriate, that has been legalised and translated by the Cuban Consulate in the country of origin (in these cases, there is an additional cost of $ 100.00 CUC for the protocolisation of these documents)

• The Marriage Certificate will be issued approximately 30 days after the ceremony.
• Official notary public service operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
• If guests wish to hold their wedding ceremony outside these service operating hours, they should inform the wedding coordinator so that they can check availability; these changes cost an extra $ 150.00 CUC.
• The hotel can provide witnesses if requested by guests.
• The names on the birth certificates, passports, sworn statements and all other required documents must match exactly. For example, guests must not omit any of the names recorded in the passport.
• If the documents contain errors, these must be corrected at the consulate. This will involve a charge and will of course take a few days from guests who are enjoying their holidays.
• We ask guests to check the marriage application when the wedding ceremony is held to avoid errors and future problems.
• In accordance with Cuban law, witnesses cannot be members of the bride and groom’s families.

• The video is filmed and edited on a digitalised system and includes 2 VHS copies.
