 March 16 – 21, 2010: Miss Hispanoamerica of Puerto Rico International 2010
An official holiday on this largely catholic island and the beginning of a weeklong spring break for schools. Ask for our special program of activities.

 March 28 – April 3, 2010: Celebration of Easter Holidays

 April 30 and May 1, 2010: MERENGUE SOUND CONCERT 2010
Two famous artists performing in our Taino Theatre! “Toño Rosario” and “Omega” are confirmed for this concert celebrating the “Labor Day” of the Dominican Republic.

 3rd to 8th of May 2010:Mr. Universe Model Pageant 2010
For two consecutive years Barceló Punta Cana will host this international pageant being the finals occurring May 8, at Taino Theatre of the hotel.

An international beauty pageant with 35 beauties is held for the second time at Barceló Punta Cana. Final competitions to be held on Saturday, June 5th, 2010
