Heated swimming pool opening times
9:00H – 21:00H

Rules for use of facilities
Food and glass objects are not allowed. To maintain the feeling of serenity of the Thai Spa, we ask guests to switch off their mobile phones. We ask that guests use the swimming pool in the correct way so as not to interrupt the peace and tranquillity of other guests.

Treatments protocol
To ensure guests’ comfort, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothes to the centre. We recommend you arrive fifteen minutes early to get ready before starting the treatment. The use of mobile phones is not allowed during treatments.
Out of courtesy to other guests, no extra time other than that established on arrival due to delays will be given and you will be charged for the full treatment.
For the treatment, you will be given suitable clothing, which will be collected at the end.

Safety and hygiene
The hotel management takes no responsibility for the loss of any items at the communal facilities of the centre.
Guests must use towels in the gym and swimming pool relaxation areas.
Hats and suitable footwear must be worn in the pool area (Art. 36 Decree 255-1994)
The centre provides latex socks for greater hygiene.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure that the centre operates correctly, guests will be charged for the full treatment for cancellations made less than 8 hours beforehand.

Under-16s are not admitted to the Thai Spa, nor the Relaxation Swimming Pool
