Our Thai SPA is a new concept in spas, where magic, tradition, wisdom and fantasy are the true protagonists of each and every one of our treatments.

Guests can enjoy the traditional Thai massage, which, at over 2,500 years old, is a real anti-stress therapy that combines pressure and stretching, a whole complex sequence of yoga-based movements.

THAI wisdom and tradition blend together in the art of finding balance and spiritual and physical well-being.

Traditional Thai massage is the maximum exponent of this philosophy of peace, tranquillity and harmony developed throughout Thailand, starting from a single point: Wat Pho is the national centre for the teaching and preservation of traditional Thai medicine.

All the professionals on the Thai Spa technical team at the Barceló Asia Gardens Hotel trained at this centre and are therefore ready to carry out the task of giving us back the physical bio-balance and freeing body and spirit from all kinds of tensions.
