CONDITIONS:

• It does not apply nor can it be added to other promotions/packages.
• Treatment times can be booked in advance, but only once your stay at the hotel has been confirmed.
• We recommend that guests book any additional treatment before they arrive at the hotel.
• Any changes to treatment times should be notified 24 hours in advance.
• No money will be refunded for unused treatments.
• Please arrive for your treatment session 10 minutes before the appointment.
• Children under 14 are not allowed in the wellness area, water circuit and gym. Teenagers between 14 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children are allowed to use the heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi from 10 am to 1 pm.
• Smoking is not allowed in any of the facilities.
• The use of mobiles is not allowed.
• Guests must use pool footwear throughout the Spa & Wellness area.
• Swimwear must be worn at all public facilities, such as unisex saunas, steam rooms, Jacuzzis and the covered swimming pool.
• Guests should wear suitable clothing for exercising (such as T-shirts or sleeveless T-shirts with shorts or long trousers) and sports footwear in the fitness centre/gym.
• Dressing gowns, slipper and a shower cap will be provided.
