RULES FOR USING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE PROGRAMMEThese rules will be given to the customer when they arrive at the hotel.
- Identification:
On arrival at the hotel, the All-Inclusive Programme customers will receive a bracelet that will be their identification allowing them to enjoy the hotel services. The bracelet is personal and non-transferable. In the event of unlawful use, consumptions and/or services will be charged directly to the customer’s account.
- Start and end of the Service:
The All-Inclusive service begins at 12 midday on the day of arrival and the first service in the buffet restaurant is Lunch. Similarly, it ends at 12 midday on the day of departure with the last service being breakfast. You should return the bracelet when you come to pay your bill at reception on departure day.
- Inviting others:
Inviting others is not allowed. If the customer wants to invite another guest who is not staying under the all-inclusive system, they should pay the price listed on the menu for customers not on the All-Inclusive Programme.
- Use of the Restaurants:
Customers must present the “Welcome” on entry to the Buffet Restaurant for all services. Taking food and/or drinks in and out of the restaurants is not allowed. Products must be consumed within the area designated for this purpose. Food must not be taken to the swimming pool area. |
