Toledo is one of the cities with the greatest wealth of monuments in Spain.
Known as “the city of the three cultures”, owing to the coexistence for centuries of Christians, Arabs and Jews, Toledo conserves an artistic and cultural legacy behind its walls in the form of churches, palaces, forts, mosques and synagogues.
This great diversity of artistic styles turns the old quarter of the capital of La Mancha into a true open-air museum, which has led to its being declared a World Heritage site.
