Ulía restaurant will surprise you with its daring design and its "show cooking", where a team of professionals led by Gael Dobarro prepare an array of culinary delights in front of you, from traditional Basque dishes through to nouvelle cuisine.
Exquisite explosions of flavour, delicate and colourful creations are used to create an innovative gastronomy on offer in the different menus (tourist, company, sports, etc.), coffee breaks, cocktails and special menus for weddings and first Holy communions, as well as in the sumptuous array of buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Our restaurant also offers options for celiac sufferers, those with high blood pressure and vegetarians.
The premises are air-conditioned with capacity for 150 people, with a terrace for 30 people, set within a garden area.
