You must have a confirmed reservation booked on Barcelo.com or through the Call Center.
The conditions of the tariff found on another website should coincide completely with the conditions of the net tariff booked on Barcelo.com:
- same hotel
- same type of room
- same duration and dates of stay
- same conditions of sale, conditions of payment cancellation, prepayment conditions, booking modification conditions, etc.
- same number of guests
- same currency
You must send your request within 24 hours of your purchase and at least 24 hours before your arrival at the hotel.
The form sent must include a screen shot of the cheaper tariff found on another website, with the date and time of this tariff included.
The customer has a 24-hour time limit for sending the match request.
If the cheaper Internet tariff corresponds to a booking of several nights, the guarantee covers the final price of the complete reservation, not the tariffs corresponding to each individual night.
The cheaper tariff found shall be net of taxes associated with the city/country in question, or of taxes of other kinds associated with the room tariff.
Tariff available to the public on the Internet and verifiable by Barcelo.com.
The total difference found on another website must be more than €5. Unless prohibited by law, Barceló Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer and the terms and conditions at any time, and at its sole discretion.
In the event that a match is carried out (with or without the additional 10% discount), it shall be applied to the original tariff. Discount codes or special discounts, which may have applied to the original booking, will not be applied to the new final price, including those listed in the my Barceló advantage program.
If you are using the mobile version (m.barcelo.com) and find a better tariff on another site or mobile app, a price match will be accepted, but not the 10% discount.
Any match request of a lower tariff that has been found on a third party website, or mobile app using a cell phone, must be sent within 24 hours of making the original booking on Barcelo.com or through the Call Center.
When a match request is made at the weekend, that is to say, from Friday at 4:00 p.m. (GMT+2/+1 according to summer/winter time), the price match may be delayed until Monday (GMT+2/+1 according to summer/winter time).
