What does a Deluxe Family Room consist of?
They are 2 rooms connected by a small hall, which can be converted into one large room called a Deluxe Family Room (it offers 2 totally independent bedrooms joined at the entrance hall)
I forgot to bring my toothbrush/comb/razor. Where can I get one?
These rooms have a full set of Barceló bathroom amenities. If for any reason you require any other normal bathroom article please contact reception and they will provide you with one free of charge straight away.

Does the Wi-Fi service have a charge?
The Wi-Fi service is free throughout the hotel.
Where is the Cyber Corner located? What are the opening hours?
The Cyber Corner is located on the main floor, it is free of charge and available to guests 24/7.
Does the hotel allow pets?
No, only guide dogs are permitted.
Does the hotel have a garage?
The hotel has its own private garage in the same building with over 80 parking spaces. The cost of parking is not included in the room rate, it costs €17 per day (your vehicle may be parked without time limits on your day of departure).

The hotel is located in the city centre meaning that all surrounding street parking is a blue area (paid per hour).
Does the hotel have laundry and dry cleaning services?
The laundry service is provided by the hotel itself and the dry cleaning is external. You can request these services from Monday to Friday at reception or directly with Housekeeping.
The hotel also provides an Iron and Ironing Board Service for you to use in your room, at no additional cost.
The power is 220V. Ensure your electrical goods are designed to support this voltage, otherwise please use appropriate transformers.

Do you offer a massage service?
Yes, the hotel offer a massage service. You need to arrange an appointment, the session takes place in a special relaxation room.
Where are the sauna and gym located?
The hotel does not have a gym or sauna on the premises. We have an arrangement with a Spa (Spa Ayala), located opposite the Hotel, with special rates for hotel guests. Request details at reception.
Who do I need to report lost property to?
Lost property can be reported 24/7 to hotel reception. Our personnel will direct your complaint to the corresponding department.
What is the cost for children?
In accommodation: Free cots (by request and subject to availability) Supplementary bed: €30 (by request and subject to availability) Meals: 50% discount on breakfast, children 2 to 12 years old
Where is the restaurant located? What are the opening times?
The Galatea Restaurant is located on the main floor. It offers an a-la-carte menu, daily menu and breakfast services.
Breakfast: Monday to Friday from 7.00 – 10.30 Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 08.00 – 11.30
Lunch: Monday to Saturday from 13.30 – 16.00
Dinner: Monday to Saturday from 21.00 – 23.30
Do you offer Special menus for companies, family events, first communions, etc.?
Yes, the Hotel offers a large range of menus which are bound to suit your tastes.

Does the hotel have function rooms available?
Yes. We offer different rooms with capacities ranging from 4 to a maximum of 300 persons. For more information please contact the Incentives department.
Do you offer wedding night promotions?
Yes. Our Incentives and/or Reception personnel can inform you about our promotions.
Is the hotel close to the historical part of the city?
The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, in the actual commercial area, and a 5-minute walk from the historic old quarter.
