    “Modern and cool”

    This is a modern, clean, cool, and unusual hotel. The entrance hall is beautiful. The room was panted in lime green and light purple colors, the mirrors were oddly shaped. The shower was semi-transparent and located in the middle of the room which could be awkward unless spouses are travelling. The breakfast was great: cheeses, meets, eggs, a nice selection of fruits, and a variety of pies (you would be unable to try each!) I would definitely recommend to try onion jam (unusual – sweet and spicy). We also had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant, and it both salmon and pork were very good. I only see two cons of staying at the hotel: crazy elevators with no buttons (you have to choose the floor before entering elevators, and then you will be given the elevator number) – sometimes they never come, and problems with entering your room with a card (sometimes you need several attempts before you would be able to get in). Overall it is a good hotel, and I would definitely recommend it.

    “Below average”

    At first we had good vibes when we visited this hotel. But then we realised that it was below from what expected. Firstly, on the alleway to our room, there was a bad smell that continued until the last day. Then, when we entered our room, there were no controllers for the TV, no hair dryer and the air conditioning system was not working. The fridge was dirty and the bar way too expensive. The breakfast was again an average breakfast (for sure not for a 4 stars hotel) and when we wanted to smoke a cigarette on the outside, there was this guy who kept telling us that this is a business area (a ground table with 2 puff sofas) and that we have to purchase a drink in order to sit there. We paid almost half a thousand euros for 3 nights and the least I expect is to sit on a puff to smoke a cigarette for Godshake. Furthermore, the Jacuzzi was out of order without a previous notice to us.

The cleaning is an absolute must for Barceló and we follow very strict protocols to guarantee satisfying results regarding hygiene and cleanliness in our hotels, for future occasions we strongly encourage you to contact our réception in the event of finding any area of uncleanliness , this will give us an opportunity to bring your remarks to the attention of our housekeeping management. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the imperfections you describe in your review, all rooms reserved for new arrivals are per standard double checked by our head of housekeeping to ensure that everything is functional and spotless for our guests, clearly we were not performing to our usual standard on this occasion and we regret not being immediately informed at reception so as to be able to intervene in no time for you to fully enjoy your stay in our hotel, for a future occasion, please do not hesitate to contact the reception desk for anything you may need, the team will do its utmost to find an immediate solution for you. We regret your disappointment with our breakfast buffet as we strive to ensure a wide array of options for both guests with sweet tooth and those looking for healthy options to kickstart the day; therefore, we always ensure a variety of hot and cold, sweet and salty options as well as fresh fruits, different kinds of cereals and yogurts. Then, we are sorry you didn't fully appreciate the experience and we believe that there was a clear misunderstanding with our operator, but the sit are priority for consumers while the rest of our outside venue is for all our guests that intend to smoke only. In conclusion, we ask for apologise to have kept our jacuzzi closed but it needed to remain out of service for the maintenance, we wish to resolve the issue very soon and enable all of our guests to use it again soon.     “Girls trip”

    Vary disappointed! Starting from the start- waiting in queue 30 min in reception and heard at 2 pm o’clock that room its not ready ( they don’t know why.. ) waiting in lobby for room 2 hours! Menager Marco seems to be very relaxed about it. Didn’t really see the problem. Room service not working Jacuzzi not working Spa not working- I think hotel which has spa offering supposed to have it or at least updated on website! We choose this hotel especially for Spa. Steam Room - you need to press the button and wait 20 min to start working. Shuttle Bus - not working Hotel very very far away from Milan center and even the train and tram its far away. You need to cross highway to get to train station . Actually everything in this hotel seems to be not working. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my friends .

We regret your disappointment for being unable to check in upon your early arrival and understand reading your review that apparently you were not properly informed about the appointed check in time starting at 02:00pm although it should be reported on the booking confirmation; at the hotel we always do our utmost to make sure our guests can check in as soon as they arrive, unfortunately during periods of high occupancy it may not be possible considering that check out is at 12:00pm and our housekeeping staff needs to undertake a thorough cleaning of the rooms before assigning them to new arrivals. Furthermore, we are sorry to read your disappointent with one of our member that was very kind and professional with your issue making all to accelerate the ceck in procedures. Notwithstanding the full occupancy the the high amount of our guests request, all our staff is able to keep calm and professionality at all moments and situations. The wellness center within our hotel offers an additional option to our array of services, we sincerely lament hearing your dissatisfaction with the facilities provided and will make sure to share your comments that will be taken into account facing future renovations of our installations. Moreover, we have taken note of your comment regarding the room service and sincerely apologize for the exceptional wait you experienced on this occasion, please know that your review has been shared with our head of department so as to avoid this from happening in the future. Furthermore, we are sorry to read you couldn't enjoy our shuttle bus service, it represents a free extra service that works under reservation and availability from 07:30am until 11:30am and from 05:30pm until 09:30pm.     “Nepříjemná zkušenost”

    Přepálený design a zmatenost: nefunkční dispozice pokojů; wellness a bazén nemá logiku, vůbec neplní očekávanou funkci; příjezd do hotelu je neznačený, najít parkoviště byl velký problém; komunikace v hotelu nepřehledné, bez značení...
