    “Bad service”

    Poor customer service. Lobby attendants were terrible. Were not willing to accommodate handicap. They asked me to walk downstairs and across the street to get a taxi because they were not able to call one

     Dear guest, At Barceló we lay high value on our personnel being guest oriented and welcoming at all times, being fully aware that their interactions with our guests have an enormous impact on the overall holiday experience in our hotels, therefore we are sincerely sorry to read your comments on the service your received and commit to adjust any situation that leads us away from our goal being to make sure our guests feel welcome and attended to at all times. The reason why you were recommended to take a taxi from downstairs is that the taxis sometimes take up to 20 minutes to show up. If we see that our guest in on hurry, we recommend going take a taxi from a taxi stop right downstairs, since it is a lot faster and allows to avoid long wait and complaints. However, our staff should always give you both options to choose from. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this misunderstanding has caused. Thank you again for your visit and constructive critics, our primary goal being to assure our guests feel comfortable and fully enjoy their visits, we are eager to regain your confidence during another occasion if you gave us that chance.     “Convenient for train, car rental but little else”

    Had initially booked a hotel around Plaza Catalunya but decided to save money and the hassle of dragging luggage and children across town by staying at a hotel above the train station we would arrive at, having had a fantastic stay at the Barcelo Malaga. Unfortunately, this seemed to be a much older property and the public areas looked like they had seen better days.

    “Long family weekend”

    Originally booked a triple room which even with a double bed in would of been quite small,upgraded to a suite which was lovely and spacious,lounge area,large spa bath with coloured lighting, huge rain shower.The hotel is above the train station,nice area of Barcelona but a bit from the "centre",lots of bars,cafes and shops close by.Would stay again if the suite was on offer, or if there was a larger double room.Very nice staff.

    “Neosobni holel lezici uprostred krizovatky”

    Hluk, vycházející celou noc pravděpodobně z klimatizačních jednotek. nad pokoji, téměř znemožňující spánek. Velmi neosobnií design interieru hotelu.. Dopravně dobře dostupné, ale to je asi jediné pozitivum.. Zatím má nejhorší zkušenost s ubytováním v BCN.

    “Designový hotel s výbornou úrovní služeb”

    Hotel je velmi designově zařízen - pokoj Vám bude připomínat kajutu kosmické lodi. Chvíli mi sice trvalo, než jsem přišla na to, jak otevřít skříňku a našla otvírák na pivo, ale celkový dojem je úžasný. Velmi prostorný a čistý pokoj, skvělé jídlo. Úroveň klimatizace lze nastavit individuálně v každém pokoji, nicméně hotel klimatizuje na plné obrátky - a tak počítejte s tím, že Vám bude spíše zima. Na recepci je při check-out spíše fronta, recepční si opravdu s každým klientem rád popovídá.
