    “Not so good as described.”

    We arrived and got a room in section F wich is closer to the back exit of the hotel,when i've asked the lobby stuff to get some room closer to the lobby and the dinning room because i have some knee problems and can't walk a lot i was refused by the reason that the hetol is full and there is no empty rooms. But it wasnt full even by half! So every time that we needed to get to the lobby or the dinning room it took us more that 5 minutes to get there. But the worst thing was that in the shower room there was a MOLD on the wall and when i told to the stuff about the they even didin't understood me what i've ment. And of course no one didn't do anything about it for 4 days than we stayed in the hotel.So it was really dissappoing stay in that hotel i was really excited stay theret. Probaply i'll never stay there anymore.

First of all we would like to apologize for the unit assigned, keep in mind that the complex is quite big and during peak periods we need to assign rooms from one wing to the other. Regarding the availability may we say that from mid June to almost end of September we are fully booked, hence if you could give us more details about the dates you stayed with us we can check if there were empty rooms nearby the main block or not. Also we would like to apologize for the mod in your shower, again if you can give us further details we will be able to check what could have happened after you reported to our front office team. Finally and again, we would like to apologize for the non covered expectations and we would like to highlight that our only aim is to provide the best holidays as possible to all our guests, sorry not to being able to cover yours.     “Amazing”

    First holiday away as a couple and can definitely say we will be back. Stayed here in June 2016 for two weeks (sorry about the delay on the review but after reading some bad reviews I felt I should share our experience). The hotel impressed us from day one. Very clean and well maintained. Maids where always so friendly. The location is brilliant as it's far enough away from the busier part of Bulgaria but also walking distance away if you wished to go there. Both me and my partner are very fussy eaters but the butffet style restaurant was brilliant, there was so many different food choices to choose from and it changed every night. The hotel also provides allergy information on each dish which was brilliant as I have a nut allergy and I was then more confidant in trying new foods (p.s you've got to try shark). The only things I would recommend would be more staff available at dinner to take drink orders in better time and for more tables to be provided at breakfast as it got busier on our second week. There is lots to do in this area, the hotels spa is also brilliant and staff there where so nice. Overall a great holiday with no complaints! Will definitely be returning soon:)

    “Summerholiday”

    Very nice accomodation, located close to the beach and boulevard. Beautiful pool at the hotel and very good service. Especially the staff of the hotel is very helpfull and makes your stay special. The a la card restaurant has an excellent service and makes sure the food is of good quality and helps the customers with their special requests. The reception was very helpful whenever we had questions. The hotel is clean and tidy and looks really good. Our children (8 and 10 year) had a great holiday and look forward to next year.

    “Absolute favorite in Sunny Beach”

    We spent there one week in September, and had really good time. Whole day there are organized different kind of events (entertainment team with Pavel, Monika and other guys is amazing), staff is very kind. Hotel is located almost on the beach. It is clean hotel with big and spacious rooms. If anything asked, they will bring it to you. The fridge handle was broken when we stepped in, and after we informed them they immediately send repairman and he fixed it, checked light bulbs and replaced those that were not working. Would recommend this one for families with small kids, as they have all you need for nice and cozy vacation.

    “Nezvládali jsme to”

    Ubytovali jsme se v hotelu typu "bed and breakfast" na dva týdny na konci května 2014. Pokoje byly dobré velikosti a vkusně vyzdobené, avšak nebyly z nejčistších. Světlo svítící ze stropu pro dva. Spínače světel do koupelny a plíseň kolem dveří od sprchy a kachliček. Žádný špunt v koupelnovém umyvadle. Personál měl 3 pokusy, a stejně se mu nepovedlo najít špunt, který by seděl. Snídaně — jídlo bylo ok, ale postrádalo nezbytné cukry, vodu na čaj, džem a máslo. Hotel má více vedoucích, než zaměstnanců. Zaměstnanci u stolů pracovali velmi tvrdě a byli přepracovaní, zatímco vedoucí byli v povzdálí. Nutno podotknout, že zrovna nebyla hlavní sezona. Toustovač byl pouze domácí a trvalo mu věčnost opéct dva plátky. Lidé se vzdávali. Pokud byste si vzali nůž na pečivo a v noci vás někdo zastavil, nemohl by vás zatknout za přenášení zbraně. Tímto nožem byste totiž ani ten chleba nenakrájeli. Personál na recepci byl velmi přátelský a zdvořilý. Zástupce firmy Thomas Cook byl velmi vyhýbavý a řekl nám, abychom směřovali všechny stížnosti na recepci. Zkusili jsme to se špuntem do umyvadla, ale zdálo se, že nám vůbec nerozumí a nechtěli jsme strávit na recepci celou dovolenou. Pokoj by měl být určitě zkontrolován alespoň při výměně hostů. Tento hotel byl mnohem lepší než naše předešlé hotely v Bulharsku, ale nebyl skvělý. Předpokládám, že hotel odpoví standardním dopisem s žádným průběhem odeslání.

We are deeply concerned about your unsatisfactory experience with us. Since the hotel was opened just two weeks before your arrival there were still some weak points to be improved. Many staff is renewed every season therefore company standards regarding cleanliness takes a little to be implemented, please accept our apologies. On the other hand and unfortunately the breakfast toaster broke (reason why we had to install the domestic one your refer to) and took ages to receive the spare parts to repair it, now it works as it was meant to be. It could be very helpful for us if you could let us know about the unit number you stayed in, in order to check the failures (mold, plug and light fitting hanging) so we can avoid any discomfort with future guests in this unit. If you so decide to give us further explanations, comments or recommendations, by email, we would be glad to hear about it (royalbeach@barcelo.com), also in case you decide to visit us again, so we can prepare a personalized stay, also to apply the better rates & offers available.
