    “Nice Hotel”

    Hotel is very nice in good location. It has all the items needed but a little outdated in the rooms. Have great restaurants and great entertainment. Will return back on vacation in the future. The 6th floor is the executive floor and has free drinks and food 7am-10pm! Awesome service and they are there to answer any question.

    “ONE OF THE MOST RELAXING TRANQUIL TIMES I HAVE EVER HAD. DECOMPRESS”

    Relax and enjoy the cool breeze coming over the lake from the pines. There are no city lights or load noises here. Plenty of space to do your own thing without bothering anyone or them bothering you. This is one of those best kept secrets, a rare find, the proverbial needle in the haystack.

    “Very nice hotel with some quirks”

    Overall the hotel was very good. Spacious rooms, great staff, lovely pool and excellent breakfast. However someone should really look into installing new lifts with a new floor access system. Firstly the cabins are very old. Secondly for some reason you are unable to access any floors apart from your own, lobby and mezzanine. This obviously creates problems if you have friends staying at the hotel on different floors. However overall a great place and very well priced. Really enjoyed my stay.

    “Great service!”

    This was a great stay. People were kind, service was good, and the premium level experience was excellent. The view from our Suite was fantastic! The hotel itself is pretty old - that was one thing I wasn't a huge fan of. Apart from that, it was a good stay.

    “So dissappointed”

    We just checked in this afternoon. After waiting 30 minutes at the front desk, I was told I had to go to "VIP" check in upstairs on 6th floor. Once up there, I paid and was told I would have to wait until exactly 2pm to check in. So back downstairs to wait. No one offered bellhop service or told us how to get to parking garage. I didnt feel welcomed at all. My husband ended up parking outside due to not knowing how to get to the inside parking. There are only 2 restaurants, one sushi, which we did not have fancy enough clothes to go to and a very depressing and overpriced buffet. After looking around the buffet, I just decided to not eat. We have been in Costa Rica for 2 weeks and this is the lowest point of the trip.
