    Very difficult to see from street. You need to be looking back to your left when on street. Sign and hotel door sit back from street. Garage not marked. Good comfortable 3 star hotel. No coffee maker in room.

    “Good hotel but need improvement on ventilation and temperature control”

    Room was nice and clean, there is a outdoor pool and spa on the balcony, quite nice. The problem with the hotel is that you cannot open the window, and the AC does not work in the room, and as a result, even in October the room was hot at night and there is no air circulation in the room.

    “Good stay for short time”

    Room was OK, but it was a problem with glass door of the bathroom. It was not comfortable. A good variety of cosmetics in the bathroom. Small choice of dishes for breakfast and dinner. The best option - discount for seniors.

    “Hot and airless”

    The building has not been designed for the climate, not possible to sleep in the heat with the noise of the air conditioning. A mechanical fan and an open window would have been better and more hygienic.

    “Best staff!”

    Best hotel staff I've ever encountered, all of them personable, knowledgeable, helpful. Worth staying here just for this, tho it's also great the hotel has a pool, is quiet, and is in a reasonable location, about 20 mins foot/bus to the centre Definitely worth checking this out if you're visiting Granada.
