    “Not for us”

    With us being in the small 5% of English stopping here, we didn't enjoy it as Occidental is heavily for German families. the staff were definitely not the friendliest. We got there and weren't greeted by the lady at the check in area- just a "yes?" Definitely no "welcome and enjoy your stay" ...the bar staff served other people while blatantly knowing you're next in line- when you eventually do get served, they pass on to another member of staff- when asking for a cup of coffee, they give you an espresso and cups of tea, they give herbal...maybe the language barrier was the reason but it doesn't hurt to say please and thank you... there were a couple of exceptions but I'm struggling to think of more than 2 members of their whole staff... not a good experience and we definitely won't be back!!!

Thank you for your insights regarding the service in English and although all our staff is able to communicate in english, some of our employees speaking other 2 or 3 international guests' languages. At Occidental Hotels we strongly believe in continuous trainings for our employees therefore we will make sure to offer official languages classes to all those members in need of improvement in this aspect of their duties. Please be assured that your comments will be taken into serious consideration and that they will help us to improve our services.     “Good hotel, poor surrounding guests (DRUNK GERMANS)!!”

    We arrived here early July and can't really complain about the hotel itself, other than the standard rooms which you can here every little detail through forcing us to upgrade to a junior suite (which I highly recommend). The all inclusive was good with a lot of drinks included along with good standard restaurant food with good quality. The only annoyance with the drinks system is having a sign your name and give your room number every time you order a set of drinks or even just one drink. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel amenities were of a good standard with the pool and gym area to name a few. The biggest let down for us and maybe our entire experience was the constant drunk Germans parading the streets during the day shouting and chanting sometimes, which was really off putting and disturbing for us and many others. To conclude if you have families with children about 12 and under, don't come to this area of Mallorca but, if you do come to this hotel, you must upgrade to the junior suite as it's so worth the money for the upgrade as the rooms are substantially better. Finally the food was good, ai good and nice staff, just a huge letdown about the partying Germans.

    “All inclusive dovolená”

    Hotel je pěkný, dobře vybavený. Jídlo bylo vynikající, velký výběr. Hotel poskytuje free WiFi. Hezké prostředí restaurace, baru i recepce. Při problémech s chrápajícím hostem vedle v pokoji nám byl pokoj ochotně vyměněn. Na pláž je to cca 5 minut chůze. Pokoj jsme měli menší, ale postačující, jediné negativum byl velmi úzký prostor mezi postelí a zdí pro projití. Zdi jsou tenké, je často slyšet i běžný hovor ze sousedního pokoje. Klientela téměř výlučně německá.
