    Room, Washroom are not cleaned, Staff attitude is horrible... Room 113. Reception been informed twice abt the clearness and nothing was done abt it. They don't seems to be sorry abt the incident .. What a shame...

    “Wash rags are important!”

    I literally just checked in and I’m already confused, disappointed and unimpressed. When I made the reservation for a “Superior King Room Room” the description boasted of “city views.” Yes, well if the city is a “La Plataforma De La Construccion” sign on a brick building, then mission accomplished. My room is blazing hot, which may have been okay if outside temperature was freezing and not a mild 50 degrees. The most annoying part thus far in my less than 2 hours here, WASH RAGS! After a long flight, I was looking forward to a relaxing shower, only to learn that they don’t carry wash rags and that hands are the way to go. Just ewww! Anyway, the lobby is as pictured and they have welcome snacks laid out for all who are big fans of communals. Thank you Roxana for cleaning my room and leaving the nice note and sweets, only good thing thus far.

    “Modern and confortable”

    The hotel is a good choice for those on business trip, as well for tourists. The rooms are spacious , with modern furniture, very clean and with all the equipment's in perfect state. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Approx. 1km to the nearest metro stop. But from there due to the extended metro network any place in Madrid is easily accessible. . Tip: For those who intent to go to the Madrid Airport by metro please be aware that at the Terminals station is required to be paid an extra charge of 3 euro per person. By getting down from the metro at the Avda. de America and taking the Bus 200 is avoided the long way carrying the luggage to reach the Airport terminals from the metro station and it cost only 1.5 euro.

    “Clean hotel in convenient area”

    Great hotel with very good amenities in a very combiner area of Madrid. For those driving this is a great area with very good access to the city and the airport. Breakfast was very good. Lobby area seemed unheated for winter and the access to the lobby from the street is not so clear but otherwise a great hotel.

    “NEJLEPŠÍ OCHOTA A ÚSMĚV PERSONÁLU”

    Nejlepší ochota na recepci radost se s nimi domluvit v Angličtině. Krásné ženy z personálu jak na recepci tak při snídani.Byli jsme nad míru spokojeni. Už se nemůžeme dočkat návratu, díky uvedenému hotel jsme si zamilovali Madrid ještě více
