A new culinary space set in the Mediterranean Sea, whose menu will delight lovers of rice in all its forms, has opened its doors at the Hotel Barceló Granada Congress.
For the creation of this unique gastronomic concept in Granada we have had the advice of a renowned chef and paella expert: Carlos Otaola (Otaola Restaurant, Seville) whose restaurant has received prestigious awards. Among its specialties are authentic paellas as the Valencian or Señoret, rice dishes such as lobster or oxtail, or fideuás such as duck, boletus and foie.
In addition, for those with the most discerning palates, Arrozante offers an extensive wine list for perfect pairings with its exclusive dishes.
