The stoves are almost ready for a special edition of the Barceló Gourmet Festival. Get ready because from September 16 to 19 you can savor amazing creations and enjoy a variety of activities that will generate unique sensory experiences via a gastronomic tour of the best resort in Riviera Maya. Each year guest chefs delight festival-goers with magnificent dinners, and this year there will be 4 pairing dinners prepared by guest chefs: Maximiliano Solá - Culinary Director of Zamna in Tulum, Yusuke Kogure - owner and chef of Kogure Tulum Japanese Cuisine - a great representative of contemporary Mexican cuisine, and Pedro Abascal - owner and chef at Primo and Flama restaurants in Playa del Carmen. There will also be a stellar dinner by the resort's executive chefs who will surprise you with their exquisite culinary delights.

The weekend will also include different activities, such as cooking classes in front of the sea, mixology courses, and tastings sessions. These activities will be accompanied by the event sponsors, with each sponsor aiming to highlight the use of local products and provide a unique exposure to gastronomy.
