Inspirational Chef Program
Since its birth in 2018, this program seeks to bring to Tenerife the best gastronomic proposals of European haute cuisine to fuse them with the products of the island. For several days the hotel becomes the creative residence of renowned chefs to offer four-handed dinners with the resort's resident chefs.
Tenerife 2024 Edition, May 9 and 10, 2024
In its tenth edition, Inspirational Chef Program by Corales, Royal Hideaway Hotel & Villas will host, on May 9 and 10, dinners offered by one of the best restaurants in the world; El Celler de Can Roca (Girona).
The kitchen team, led by Joan Roca, will offer two unrepeatable dinners with Canarian chefs Juan Carlos and Jonathan Padrón at El Rincón de Juan Carlos.
El Celler de Can Roca currently has the highest culinary recognitions worldwide with 3 MICHELIN stars since 2009 + the green MICHELIN star, 3 Repsol Suns or the highest recognition called "Best of the Best" in the list "The World's 50 Best Restaurants" made up of the 9 restaurants that no longer enter the annual ranking as they are permanently considered as world number one (elBulli, Noma, Mirazur, Osteria Francescana, French Laundry, Geranium, Eleven Madison Park, The Fat Duck and El Celler de Can Roca).
The Roca brothers have been considered an undisputed benchmark in the world gastronomy scene for decades, thanks to their elegant, precise, highly creative, conscious and innovative cuisine.
