As stated in the Canary Island Government guidelines, we would like to inform you that for stays from November 14, 2020 you must present proof of your antigen and/or PCR test and of all your guests (over 6 years old) that have been made up to 72 hours prior to arrival and approved by the health authority. It may be presented in digital or paper form, and the following must be stated: date and time of the test, the identity of the physical person taking the test, the authorised centre responsible for its verification and its type, as well as the negative result. If you have not taken the diagnostic test, the hotel will inform you of the nearest authorised centre where you can be tested.
Canary Island residents must certify their health status and declare, under their responsibility, that they have not left the Canary Islands in the 15 days prior to arrival at the establishment and that they have not experienced symptoms compatible with COVID-19 during that period.
This certificate will not be accepted to non-residents who validate that they have remained within the territory of the autonomous Canary Islands, 15 days before the date of access to this tourist accommodation, and that the period has not been compatible with COVID-19.
