    “Mildew”

    My room smelled like mildew. I reported this to the front desk the next morning around 8am. The young gentleman said he would call house keeping and have it taken care of. I went back to the room around 3:30pm and it still smelled like mildew and house keeping had not been there. I went back to the room around 11:30pm and it still smelled like mildew and house keeping still had not been there. I spoke with night manager and he contacted house keeping. I went back to my room around 1am, it was cleaned but it still smelled like mildew. I spoke with a manager at the front desk the next day and she changed my from. I'm allergic to mold and it caused me to get sick and lose my voicemail.

    “Aruba Vacation”

    Nice all inclusive resort on Palm Beach in Aruba. Great pool and beach. Good pool bar and staff. Several differnet restaurants with good food. Very helpful staff especially at the front desk, in particular Jenny. Dinner on the beach was great and served by Mary Ann.

    “Good Management”

    Me and my fiance stayed here for a week, it was amzing and the food was very good as well. We started to plan a wedding here to get married next year and Nyurely Lynch helped us out alot and we are gratefull for that. We knew that the COVID-9 virus was very concerning and that the hotel had to take some percussions and we totally understand that. When my AC was a little bit warm i called the maintenane and they told me they would be there in maybe 10 minutes because they are busy with preperations of the COVID-9 virus. When they came they did a very smooth job and i thanked Luis the worker and Luis Labrador the manager for taking us for concideration even tho they where busy. We also enjoyed the beach, it was amazing and the water was so clear that you can see your self in the water like its a mirror. We highly recommend staying here and especially if your a couple.

    “Hotel was ok Staff was excellent food was poor”

    I read reviews about this resort before we booked. We went with a group of 15 and we were all Hugely disappointed with the food. The staff was great and the rooms were ok. We all booked a "ocean view" room and had a view of the parking lot (unless you looked to the side). I found this to be very misleading. All in all this place was definitely not worth the price.

    Loved it, the staff was friendly., the room was clean, the activities and entertainment were great. Loved the beach, couldn't enjoy the pool, couldn't get near it but great pool bar. Would go back and stay a little longer.

    “Good Management”


    Me and my fiance stayed here for a week, it was amzing and the food was very good as well.
