    “Very large resort but a nice resort”

    Water quality of the pools was excellent. Grandkids loved the pools especially the one at the family area. Food was very good at the buffets for breakfast and lunch. Reservations required for dinner. Resort is very large and lack of communication on what exactly what was going on at the various locations (theaters, sports/water) needs improved. Also beach was clean and close to rooms however the lack of beach shade other than the palms and a few grape bushes made it just too warm to lay out.

    good overall. food acceptable. bar service very good. staff friendly. great for a vacation. this was a business trip. conference. the attire was not very conducive for the layout of the property. which is a large property.

    “Business Trip”

    It's a beautiful place but I did not have enough time to enjoy the facilities as it was a business trip. Everything looked lovely and well maintained. Very clean. I would visit again for a holiday. The staff is very friendly.

    “CSA Conference”

    Very large resort and tough to get around . The train helps and also when you order the golf carts it is great. Food was very good and the Hole 19 restaurant had great service but strange hours. After golf we wanted to have a drink sitting at the table but they said the seating area was closed.

    “More training needed in order to make it a premium experience”

    This was our fifth trip and unfortunately was not as pleasant we had invited another family to come and experience this great resort with us, and they made our guest feel worthless, a very embarrassing situation to be in, at check in I explain that I had two family suites and that they were my guests, the receptionist informed me that even though I was paying for everything they were not supposed to check in at the premium lounge, but she was going to make a exemption and get their keys, then she proceeds to announce in front of my guests how much were the rooms and if we were going to use two different credit cards, she already knew that I was paying for everything we don’t understand why she felt the need to embarrass my guests like that! I wold have to think twice before inviting any one else to this property! I was very sad and disappointed with the staff.
