Hole 1
Without much difficulty, a drive to the centre/left of the fairway will avoid the bunkers. The second shot must go to the green. Watch out for the bunkers on the left!
Hole 2
It has 2 major difficulties: 1st: Several enormous bunkers protecting the green on the right; and 2nd: if the ball lands far from the flag of this huge green, it is difficult to put it in within 2 putts.
Hole 3
It is difficult for its length (approx. 500 metres), there is a lake on the right—practically in the middle of the hole—with pine and olives trees on the left.
Hole 4
A hole on the incline, whose bunkers on the right side protect the green. Likewise, the pines on the right and the olive trees on the left continue making the second shot dicey.
Hole 5
Its length makes it very difficult. For players with a shorter shot, it is difficult to make it in 2 shots. The first shot is on an incline and there are several large bunkers on the left in the middle of the hole. If the player doesn’t put it in the fairway, the pines and olive trees on the right will make the second shot a doozy.
Hole 6
There are bunkers in the middle of the fairway, both on the right and on the left. Half the green to the right is protected by a very large bunker.
Hole 7
The biggest difficulty is a lake situated on the right, spreading from the middle of the fairway to the green. You have to play the second directly to the flag. If not, the player will get up close and personal with the pine and olive trees on the left of the rough.
Hole 8
This is tough, given that the lake to the right of the hole throws a wrench into things, along with the series of bunkers protecting the green.
Hole 9
The raised tee box is spectacular, and so must be your shots on an incline to the green. Your drive must be very precise, right down the pipe. If not, say hello to the bunkers.
Hole 10
A hard one. This hole, protected by a big lake on the right and olive trees on the left, must be played straight on. Upon reaching the green’s approach area, a very large bunker will make the job even more difficult.
Hole 11
Very long. You have to play the first shot to the flag. Few players can reach the green from the tee.
Hole 12
Not too hard. The most complicated part is getting to the green from the right. There are huge bunkers.
Hole 13
Very difficult. Start from an elevated tee box. There is a deep canyon and the drive must be long. The hole dog legs to the right. To make things more difficult, the green is on a raised area protected by bunkers to the right and left.
Hole 14
The most difficult part comes from the series of scattered bunkers protecting the green on the left.
Hole 15
Difficult and long, more than anything. The tee box is elevated and followed by a ravine. After, you’ll find a broad but endless fairway with the green up high.
Hole 16
It is a beautiful hole. The tee box is elevated and the rest of the hole circles to the right. The green has a narrow access way, with a lake on the right and a bunker to on the left.
Hole 17
It has 2 major difficulties: 1st: Several enormous bunkers protecting the green on the right; and 2nd: if the ball lands far from the flag of this huge green, it is difficult to put it in within 2 putts.
Hole 18
A challenging and mesmerising par 4. The tee box is located about 60 metres above the level of the fairway. There is a spectacular lake on the left that stretches all the way to the green, with the hotel located on the right. There is an impressive panoramic view from the tee box. Players will enjoy their drives.
