    “STILL AS GREAT AS EVER!”

My 3rd visit to this beautiful hotel & still as lovely as ever! Perfect for a short break, spa break etc as so relaxing and only 45-50 mins from Alicante airport. Staff couldn't be more helpful and the food was amazing - this time we dined in The Island restaurant & Koh Samui (highly recommend the Lobster curry!). We also tried one of the complimentary classes Chi Kung (Yoga & Pilates also available). This hotel is also great for families with a discreet kids club & several different pools, although there is also an adults only pool. Can't wait to go back - perfect for de-stressing and re-charging your batteries!!

    “A little drop of paradise”

I stayed here with my family for the first week of September this year. At first we were slightly sceptical due to the close proximity to Benidorm. However, we were pleasantly surprised with everything this resort has to offer - top quality service, a stunning location, tonnes of pool space and a wide variety of restaurants. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

    “Stunning Hotel and Gardens.”

Magical design. Built into the mountain looking down to Benidorm. Don't let that bother you as this hotel is an oasis of beauty. Every view from in its magnificent reception lobby and all around its extensive pools and beautiful gardens is a photo opportunity Rooms are well appointed with comfortable bed and powerfully shower. There is a choice of restaurants where we experienced very good food and service throughout. Wine very reasonably priced for a hotel. Staff overall friendly and helpful. Has to rate as one of Europe's finest hotels.

    “stunning hotel overlooking Benidorm”

Benidorm has rather a naff reputation with most places being cheap and cheerful (ive stayed in them so can verify its true!)this hotel is amazing with gorgeous pools, attentive staff and fab food .its not cheap at all and I gasped at my lunch bill but if you have money or need a treat , this is the place. its out of the way so you stick to taxis (approx. 12 euros into the centre) or use a car.o get around.

“Lovely hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm!”

Have just returned from a lovely week at the hotel with my family. The resort is very pretty with lots of greenery (and mosquitos!). The staff are very friendly in all areas of the hotel and you will see the same faces right through from breakfast to the bar at sunset. I had a standard room which was quite large with a balcony facing the trees. Bed was pretty comfortable although did keep moving away from the wall! Bathroom is nice and the hotel uses The White Company products which were good. The hotel has various swimming pools but they were all freezing! It was difficult to even get completely in the swimming pool and my nephew wouldn't go in at all as it was far too cold for a 1 year old baby. At this time of year I think the temperature should be turned up a bit so people can actually go swimming-the pools are deserted most of the time. Gym was good and had 3 treadmills plus 2 bikes, a crosstrainer and weights. I never actually ate in the hotel in the evening but the lunch at the pool bar is nice. Breakfast is good and served 7-11am with a huge selection. Gets particularly busy around 930/10am. Drinks at the hotel bar are fairly reasonable-wine and beer 5 euros, cocktails 10 euros. You are given pool tokens which you swap for towels everyday and vice versa-think this is a really good way of making sure people don't lay towels down and then go out for the day! We visited Benidorm on quite a few evenings-we had our doubts but were pleasantly surprised with the Old Town! Lots of traditional restaurants and bars down cobbled alleyways. The beachfront is also nice for drinks. We avoided the new part which the taxi driver dropped us off at one point and we quickly walked out of there! Taxi to old Benidorm is 13/14 euros. We went to Altea twice. A beautiful town/village set high up from the sea. Lots of nice little shops and restaurants-although we felt the food was mainly Italian on offer. A taxi there was 25 euros. We also went to Calpe which is where the locals go-lovely beach and nice promenade but a 30 min cab journey and not really worth it. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and for a two hour plane journey then a 40 min cab ride there is no reason why I may not visit here in the future again.
