    “Nice stay”

    Great stay with girlfriends - food variety was good, Club premium great you get a longer with tea coffee and a few snacks - all on 4th floor - need taxis - great value, great facilities for kids through the kids club

    “Not a relaxing holiday at all”

    We booked our trip in Jan but 1 wk before our holiday advised the hotel was fully booked on our 2nd to last night & could not accommodate us. We were given the offer to reschedule/relocate? On arrival the staff were not particular welcoming, we had paid for an upgrade to the premium lounge due to include drinks & snacks & a gesture of goodwill upgraded to suites. They forgot to add this onto our cards? On arrival into the suite room lovely but my bed only had 3 legs I reported straight away but at 10pm had to report it again. We had air con during the night to wake up to mass leak on our ceiling/floor. Drinks in the premium lounge included tea/coffee water and snacks were some sort of gelatin that had been sat all day. The adult only pool played 10 seconds of classical b4 changing to Ed Sheeran and crackling back to classical. The waiter service & buzzer didn't work. Complete shambles from start to finish. The reception staff were most unhelpful and rude. Food in restaurant was the only saving grace. We were given a complimentary bottle of fizz on our first night but because it wasn't drank the cleaners removed it we had to call back up to be told they hadn't taken it and we must have drunk it, later that evening it reappeared in the room. We tried to speak to the General Manager but he was never available, although someone kept popping there head out from behind the reception office.

    “Decent hotel”

    We stayed here one night as a family. We had booked a junior suite but were upgraded to a suite on the 4th floor which was fantastic. Full marble floors with a spa bath and fantastic balcony with sun loungers. Pool area was excellent for children as pool shallow at one end Hotel was very clean throughout. Bit out of the way but not an issue with a car

    “Superior room had no balcony very disappointing. premium club class lounge was very nice. We had 3 adults in room with”

    Put me up bed. Air conditioning dos not work only useless ceiling fan. Need taxi to get around. Forgot about our welcome gifts eventually got 3 bottles water and 3 tarts whilst others got cava and chocolate strawberries! No veggie option on hot buffet. Would not return.

    “Majestic Place!”

    We stayed in this hotel while we were on a tour. Omg it was amazing from start to finish. The tour guide drove us to this beautiful location due to the previous hotel was full, Thank God. Room and bathroom were huge and so cozy with a great view to the beautiful pool facilities. The hotel is not so close to Puerto Banus like the other ones but if you want to rest, go to the pool , eat an spectacular buffet and unwind after your tour or busy day this is the hotel to stay. Dinner and breakfast buffet options were superb!!! Front desk personnel were very polite and helpful. Marbella is such a beautiful place to visit and staying in this property will definately add more comfort and value to your vacations. Best buffet options around the area.
