    “Amazing time”

    This is my 3rd time staying here and first time for my son aged 3 and my mum. Check in was fast and directed to the apartment. We were put in the 2000 block. Before departing I called Thomas cook and asked for a balcony room in the 2000 section. We was lucky that we got this and also a beach view too which was a plus. Room was very clean and our cleaner was lovely, we saw her every morning and she was always polite. We were all inclusive and food was amazing! So much choice I don't know how people complained. Yes at times it got busy but that is to be expected. A lovely play area right by the outside tables so children could play while everyone else finished eating. Pools were always nice and clean and never had a problem getting three beds together. Though if you have children I highly recommend making sure they always wear shoes once out of the pool as my son burnt the bottom of his feet causing blisters many other children also done the same. The first aid guy by the pool was very helpful. Kids club was good and the people there absolutely lovely. There is a lovely marina 5min walk from the hotel were you have evening entertainment. Also you can go and see the sea lions and have your picture taken. The beach isn't great, my goodness I haven't a clue what they were thinking putting this nasty stuff on top of the beautiful sand that use to be there! If you go right up to the sea in the middle then the sand is much better. I would recommend you take a 20min walk around the beach to the other side where the Sheraton is as that beach is beautiful and so much nicer. Only negative I have is the check out. Our flight was a late flight and with a 3 year old we asked for a late check out and was told to come back the day before. Did that and was told no the place is full and room required and we can't! We became good friends with the people in the apartment who's balcony was next to ours who told us that no one was in our room until the following day!!! You really should provide a better late check out system for people with young children as my son became very tired and upset and very hot as we had no where to go and no bed for him to have a nap. Was such a let down on our last day to what was a lovely first family holiday.

    “Self catering good, all inclusive would think twice”

    To far to travel for all inclusive for food if other side of bay, confusion over use of facilities for drinks, not informed of availability of showers at reception for late flight travellers but informed of high charges to have late room checkout, bungalows well placed in middle of bay for self catering holiday makers.

    “Family Holidays”

    We liked breakfast first apt was not suitable and should not be sold as room enough for a family of 4 the pools were grubby and it was hard to find seats at them as people reserved beds and were not there we needed to be beside the children's pools for safety. The second 2 bed apt was lovely but as this was also on main road we were work every morning by roadworks for our full week stay. The entertainment was good but very the same every day but staff were very good. Reception was very helpful and staff very nice. We hires a car and the machine in reception was very efficient. Restaurants at marina were very understaffed and service very slow and to be honest staff were not very friendly at all. Overall it was not one of our best holidays and we were very disappointed as we were recommended to go, I dont know if we would return again.

    “Self Catering”

    Upgraded to first floor sea view apartment on arrival and glad we did as the views were good and the balcony had sun from around 10 through to sixish. Room was spacious enough for two but would be cramped for 3 people. Double bed not two single beds would be nice. Don't expect a good hot shower, the water is lukewarm and wasn't very powerful. Paying 2euros each to have beach towels cleaned is a first for us. The hotel was not full but they made no attempt to consider a request to stay in the room for another 3 to 4 hours, apparently someone checking in at 2 but check in is not until 3, tell the truth. Would consider returning but would look at other places in the resort first.

    “Fantastic holiday”

    Overall holiday was excellent with our bungalow close to the pool and beach. Choice of food and drink was better than expected. When we return to Feurtaventura would definitely consider returning to this complex. If there was one downside it was the entertainment in the evening brought in was good but the in house was average. Also having spent 2 weeks at the resort the second week the entertainment was all repeated. The team during the day were very good.
