    “Nice hotel but lacking on entertainment”

    Enjoyed our trip , great weather and in certain areas great service. As premium guests we were expecting more to be honest, the entertainment was non existent in the premium section, and the shows in the main building catered for families with young children. The food was just ok, again for a 4/5 hotel they are way behind other hotels in this catergory and this was a big disappointment. Several times I had to return my food as not cooked properly. If they address this properly the whole experience would be so much better. Lovely setting and views but in truth we were bored with so little to do in premium.

    “Great Holiday”

    I have just returned from Fuerteventura, I read some of the reviews before I went to this Hotel and after staying here I found some of the comments a little harsh so I will give you an account and honest review. The hotel is a fair distance from the airport but I can assure you its well worth the journey, The beaches are absolutely stunning. Be warned there are naturists on the beach but it is allowed and it is done very discreet. Look out for the chipmunks on the rocks and beaches they are very friendly and they will come to you out of curiosity. The hotel is very large and could involve a lot of walking so if your a little infirm maybe this hotel is not for you. I read a review about the rooms being dated, let me assure you the rooms are spotless and if you want to spend your holiday in your room in over a 70 degree heat then stay at home with the fire on. The hotel is very clean, the staff work tirelessly to keep the hotel clean, all the staff are very polite and will do everything to make your stay a pleasant one. The food is good there is a lot of variety obviously its an all inclusive deal so if you've been to an all inclusive hotel before you know how it works but my wife and I had no problem with the food. The lifts work and there was entertainment every night. So just to put your minds at rest sometimes the reviews on here are a little clouded This hotel is well worth a visit. my wife and I would go back and I would highly recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed.

    “Did not fulfill expectations”

    Looking for adults only turned out to be family resort with adult area. Food very bland and did not appeal to tastes. Resort was beautiful and in great location. Great for families do not get all-inclusive.

    “Fantastic hotel and could be even better”

    We recently spent 11 days at the Jandia Royal Level and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel shares a reception with the Jandia Playa and looks down on its sister hotel, however the two hotels are like chalk and cheese. The Royal Level offers beautiful rooms with huge beds, great views ( for most), courtesy bath robes and free minibar, wifi and safe ( and a free chocolate left on your bed each night!) The Royal Level has two pools and a huge Jacuzzi type pool next to the main pool bar and main Atlantico restaurant. There are lots of comfy sunbeds with thick mattresses and some in a four poster style with canopies , so a real luxury feel to the place. There is also a separate sun terrace with a Jacuzzi and shallow pool with bubbles and built in seating. This area is very quiet and provides great views of the beach and sea. Guests can also use the four pools in the sister hotel. The Atlantico Buffet restaurant provides a good choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner but guests are also able to use the facilities of the Patio Canario restaurant which offers themed menus 5 days a week, eg. Thai, India and Italian. Guests can also use the restaurant in the sister hotel where they are allocated special seating and like at the Atlantico, a waiter service for drinks. The entertainment is fairly low key in the Royal Level , for example a pianist and a singer with a saxophone backing musician but again guests can visit the sister hotel for more varied entertainment in the evening or animation team entertainment during the day. The staff in the hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming and are a huge asset . Indeed the combination of luxury hotel facilities, great food and great staff make for a winning combination. However I could not give the hotel a five star review on this occasion for several reasons: 1. The main courses in the Atlantico restaurant are cooked to order and so you can wait at the serving station for several minutes for your meat or fish to be cooked, particularly if there is a queue of guests. 2. Some of the precooked main courses and side dishes are not very hot, so we soon learned to get any freshly cooked meat /fish on the plate before getting our side dishes. 3. The sun terrace was very quiet, possibly due to the hotel not being full, and so the management team tried to close the bar . However in response to guest's feedback they compromised by offering a self service arrangement. This was ok if you wanted beer , wine or soft drinks but it meant that anyone who wanted a g&t or similar had to walk a long way to the Atlantico bar. That said and possibly because of increased guest numbers, the management team opened the bar for the latter part of our holiday. 4. The spa, which is shared with the sister hotel, was closed for refurbishment. Although we have found some faults with the hotel we are sure the management team are already on the case and we are sure that if we were to go back to the hotel next year we would be giving it a five star rating.

    “PREMIUM ALL INCLUSIVE”

    Lovely location sat above 17 miles of sandy beach! Rooms with sea view, mini bar which is free until used and enormous comfy beds. . Exclusive dining and pool areas, the staff were all smiles and a happy to help. would highly recommend. The only niggle i had the air conditioning in the room wasn't cold enough.
