    “So So”

    Not bad not good Do room was cold I have called the reception and they opened it from reception (however my room had ac control panel) , no smiling reception no helpfully reception , , the minibar was empty but the breakfast and cleaning was good

    “Recent stay at Occidental Praha”

    The hotel stay was acceptable but not exceptional. We were booked into this hotel by the tour agency for a group. We requested accommodations for 3 family members, my wife, our child and myself. The hotel seemed a bit dark and cramped starting from the elevators (only 2 small cabins), the narrow dimly lit hallways with gray walls and carpeting and room that allowed limited movement around the beds. Cleanliness in the rooms floors needed to be addressed because when we wiped up water that was on the bathroom floor, the towel was gray with dirt.

    The Hotel I give 10/10 for all services food and drinks, breakfast ans what made my stay more plesant was how hig standard the staff gives you, happy staf alveay smiling and if you require they are more than willing to assist you

    “Very good location, professional staff with 24/7 reception”

    A nice hotel in a close proximity of the city centre, it only takes 15mins by bus or 10 mins by train to get to the centre. However, I would not recommend people on general (no Europeans) to visit place a outside Prague. You will be judged and mistreated.

    “Nice hotel but location is not in the centre”

    Very nice hotel with nice personel. It is not in the Centro and sunday station is about 700-800 meters. One of the there lifts was not workibg well, but sillä worth of money. Breakfast is Very nice. Some nice bars in walking distance.
