    “A notebook of Great Customer Service”

    On the month of 0ctober 14-16 I have stayed on this resort at 26124 and I had the best customer service ever the friendliness of the hotel employees at the Dinning areas as well as the housekeeping were outstanding. Specially Fernandito Morales he truly provided a great customer service I believe he should of being use in the Royal section .of this Hotel which I have stayed as well and the employees were not that friendly. Kudos for all the personnel at the Hotel and if it were up to me I would hire Fernandito any given time as a lead Customer Service employee.

    “Royal Level is must”

    This was my Wife and I's 2nd stay in the past 2 years. Both times we stayed in the Royal Level Suite. Both times were incredible. The food in the Royal Level is superior to all other restaurants in the resort. Sammuel and his staff are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. The upgraded Drink options in the Arena Beach Bar are superior to the rest of the resort. The staff Willie, Claudia and Lydia go above and beyond to assure that you are happy.

    “Wonderful family holiday”

    We had an amazing family holiday! The food was delicious and varied. The pools were fantastic and the beach gorgeous. We WILL be back! The only downside was the lack of shade for young children in the pool(s) or any play area. There is a play area attached to the kids club but children who were not in the kids club could not use it.

    “Rooms and Management are Poor.”

    Flies from the drains in the bathroom were terrible, room wasn't cleaned on a daily basis, called management several times and still the problems weren't resolved. Wifi is very spotty. Drinks/Food/Pool/Beach are nice.

    I’ve traveled quite extensively and have had the pleasure to experience service I thought was long lost. The front desk reservations service at Punta Cana Occidental Resort Hotel was exceptional! I’m particular a gentleman named Arismendy Reyes. He was exceptionally courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He had attended to my needs expeditiously with a smile on his face and great care and concern was taken to fulfill my needs. I can say that the service provided to me by Arismendy and the front desk has me letting everyone I know their stay in Punta Cana should only be considered with the Occidental. I want to thank the Occidental for choosing such a great group to be their window to the service Bavaro obviously takes seriously. I hope the Bavaro group responds with merit to Arismendy and the reservation staff at the Occidental.
