Premium Level is the exclusive services and facilities concept implemented at Barceló Premium Level hotels, which provides guests with a superior and exclusive level of service. To obtain Premium Level services, book one of the following room categories: Premium Level Ocean Front Junior Suite and Premium Level Ocean Front Suite (in the latter you can enjoy the facilities and services of the Barceló Maya Palace Hotel).
It includes, among others, the following services:
- Personalised check-in and check-out in an exclusive Premium Level area
- Exclusive Concierge service for Premium Level guests
- Room with the best view in the Premium Level area
