The fireplaces are almost ready for a special edition of the Barceló Gourmet Festival. Get ready because from September 16 to 19 you will delight in amazing creations and enjoy a variety of activities that will create unique sensory experiences via a cuisine tour of the best resort in Riviera Maya.
Each year chefs are invited to participate who delight guests and attendees with magnificent dinners. This year there will be 4 pairing dinners prepared by guest chefs: Maximiliano Sola - Culinary Director of Zamna and Art Beach in Tulum, Yusuke Kogure - owner and chef of Kogure Tulum Japanese Cuisine, Pedro Abascal - owner and chef at Primo and Flama restaurants in Playa del Carmen, and Israel Loyola - head of the Sin Nombre restaurant in Oaxaca with a healthy cuisine offer.
