The fireplaces are almost ready for a special edition of the Barceló Gourmet Festival. Get ready because from September 16 to 19 you will delight in amazing creations and enjoy a variety of activities that will create unique sensory experiences via a cuisine tour of the best resort in Riviera Maya.

Each year chefs are invited to participate who delight guests and attendees with magnificent dinners. This year there will be 4 pairing dinners prepared by guest chefs: Maximiliano Sola - Culinary Director of Zamna and Art Beach in Tulum, Yusuke Kogure - owner and chef of Kogure Tulum Japanese Cuisine, Pedro Abascal - owner and chef at Primo and Flama restaurants in Playa del Carmen, and Israel Loyola - head of the Sin Nombre restaurant in Oaxaca with a healthy cuisine offer. There will also be a stellar dinner prepared by the resort's executive chefs who will surprise you with their exquisite culinary delights.

The weekend will also include different activities, such as cooking classes in front of the sea, mixology courses, and tasting sessions. These activities will be accompanied by the event sponsors, with each sponsor aiming to highlight the use of local products and provide unique exposure to gastronomy. Event sponsors include Unilever Food Solutions, Nestlé, Sigma Alimentos, Aceite Bravoleum, Caviar Polanco, Atlantic Prime, Casa Madero, Monte Xanic, and Santo Tomas, among others.
