There has been a reduction of capacity in all communal areas and leisure areas (subject to the recommendation of the Dubai health authority). Guests must be at temperature upon entering the Hotel at all entrance points. Hand disinfectants have been placed in all public areas, as well as on all floors next to the lifts. A safety distance sheet has been placed throughout the Hotel in all the waiting areas.

The rooms are cleaned by staff wearing the PPI team. All non-essential stationery has been removed from the room and has been replaced by QR codes. A protective cover has been placed with a Prayer Matt seal in the Prayer Matt and the remote control after each guest leaves.

The hotel has a strict sterilizing registration of all rooms, supervised by the competent authorities.

Breakfast: There is a maximum capacity of the premises to keep enough distance between the tables. There is a variations between the à la carte service and the “assisted buffet”. All the tables are maintained at a 2 meter long social distance and the cutlery is provided in closed envelopes that only the guests will manipulate. The menu QR codes are provided on all tables.

Sky Lounge & Champs: There will be no seats at the bar desk. There are disinfecting gel dispensers at all entrance points, the temperature is taken when entering and masks are mandatory, except when seated.

The use of masks in the public areas is required according to the competent authorities. You can reception at reception providing additional masks if guests forget their masks in the room.

The pool facilities have restricted capacity according to government regulations and are still open with the same opening restrictions. There will be a distance of 2 meters between all the sun loungers as well as a dividing tape for controlling them. All the hammocks are covered with a protective bed that is replaced after each guest’s use. All swimming pool areas are subject to strict sterilization protocols. 

Both fitness studios are operating according to normal opening hours, in accordance with the rules and regulations imposed by the government authorities. There is a maximum capacity, as well as hand disinfectants and safety towels. The steam bath and sauna are currently not permitted in accordance with government regulations.
