All rooms have contemporary Mexican décor, private balcony, air conditioning with individual control, ceiling fan, 32” flat-screen TV with remote control and satellite programming, comfortable mattresses, direct telephone line and voice mail, radio alarm clock, iron & ironing board, coffee/tea, electronic safe, mini fridge stocked with soft drinks, water, beer and juice, fire sprinklers, smoke detector, electronic locks, bathrooms with shower and vanity mirror.
All meals and drinks consumed in any of the 5 gourmet restaurants, including 3 à la carte options (La Góndola for Italian, Las Jícamas for Mexican, Las Olas for Seafood—prior booking required), 2 buffets with international cuisine (Albatros and Las Olas), one Sushi Bar located in the Sky Bar and one snack bar next to the swimming pool.

- Guests staying in the hotel 7 nights will have the right to dine in the speciality restaurants up to 4 times.
- Guests staying in the hotel 5-6 nights will have the right to dine in the speciality restaurants up to 3 times.
- Guests staying in the hotel 4 nights will have the right to dine in the speciality restaurants up to 2 times.
