    “noisy mornings”

    they start cleaning the beach with a tractor between 3am and 6 am so if your room is near the beach you here the tractor noise (when it is in reverse you hear a loud beeping) and it goes on most of the day

    “Excellent Stay”

    We had an amazing time. The resort was beautiful and clean, and the food was spectacular. We can't wait to come back. We stayed in a 1br suite in the First Club area, and our room was spacious. The staff were excellent, and made the stay exceptional.

    “Worst Vacation Ever”

    1) The ceiling fan was not working. The repair crew attempted to fix it the first night but was unsuccessful. They replaced the fan the next day but wired it to the wall lights so when the wall lights were turned off for sleep the fan also went off. We had to unscrew the bulbs from the wall lights in order to sleep with the fan on. 2) There was a puddle on the floor from the leaking toilet. 3) The water pressure was insufficient. 4) The shower diverter knob came off rendering the shower useless. 5) The air conditioning was inadequate. 6) The shower fixtures were loose on the wall. 7) The refrigerator in our room stopped working and had to be replaced. 8) The resort food was plentiful but unremarkable. Any beef dishes were too tough rendering them inedible. 9) The resort pools were overcrowded. There was insufficient space and lounge chairs.

    “Holiday in Mexico”

    Great resort. Not too big. Had a great time. Food, service, beach, pools all were amazing. We will return and tell people about this resor We have been to Mexico many times at different resorts but would not hesitate to return to this resort.

    “Very good place to stay”

    Our daughter got heat stroke after running in this tropical humid climate that she’s not accustomed to. The hotel was instrumental in getting a doctor for her right away. We very much appreciate that level of attention to our needs while here. Pros: nice clean rooms, great food, and excellent service Cons: no gym, our room was near a noisy area that made it very difficult to go to sleep every night
