    “Aruba again!! 2019”

    My stay at the Barcelo was amazing! Thank you to Sandra in the Royal Club and the friendly staff at our Hotel, will be back again in June 2020 with my kids. The food and service was amazing!!! Loved having our rooms cleaned everyday!!! Don’t forget to tip your housekeeper Thank you Again will see you again soon...

    “Not What I Expected”

    I booked 14 rooms at this property for a grand total of $22,000! You would think they would have made sure we were pleased, WRONG! Check in was a nightmare. I emailed several times and called prior to arriving just to make sure check in would be smooth... No response and No answer. None of our 14 rooms had wash cloths. My personal room didn't receive wash cloths until 3 days in the trip... only because I always pack my own and didn't have time to keep waiting... they never showed until 3 days later. One guest found food in her bed DAY 1. Another guest no hot water... another guest leaking loud toilet... after several complaints I asked to have a manager contact me. You guessed it! Never did. To top it off they over charged me and I still haven't heard back about that. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Renaissance! No problems when I stayed there. However I decided to stay here this time because it was all inclusive and I've stayed at the Barcelo before in Dominican Republic before. I can't even believe it's the same company! This Barcelo sucks! I was totally embarrassed in front of my group at the quality and service of this property. I am a travel agent and I will never book another group trip or personal trip at this property again! Next year we're going to Ibiza another large group... no Barcelo they blew it big time! I'm so disappointed!

    “Wonderful for Couples”

    We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was wonderful. Gym was sufficient (won't blow you away), the buffet was excellent (especially breakfast), and the location is perfect. This was my first time to Aruba and I still can't get over how beautiful the beach was. If you have the chance, take a tour to the other side of the Island where the waves are rough and try our the natural swimming pool (and the freshly made Pina Coladas from the locals!)

    “Aruba Love this island”

    this hotel had its good and bad...... the food was very good and its small so easy to get everywhere. the beach was great.... service is good Joyce our server at Italian restaurant who also does Royal was excellent.... Theo our server at the Palms was great every morning.. the rooms and the pool could use a little work..
