    “A bit out of the way but great hotel”

    We visited this hotel in september 2018. The rooms where very modern and clean however due to having mirrors on every wall and the shower being in the middle of the room and having no door it was a bit intresting when me and my friend where showering each day as the reflections allow you to see into the shower!! Location wise yes it is quite a way away from the center. To take a taxi from centrale station during the weekdays cost us aprox €15, however on the weekend the cost of this was double.(this was one way) You can take public transport. You can take the metro up to Molino Dorino station (single ticket price €1.50) and from there you get on the number 35 bus (urban bus ticket price also around €1.50) and the bus stops almost directly across from the hotel. They do offer a shuttle minibus which we took to get to a concert at the expo. We just spoke to front desk to book. The staff in the hotel where very friendly and always offering to help. Whether it was bringing our drinks to us when we where sat outside in the morning, or offering us advise on where to eat, where to go, ways to travel etc. To sum up this hotel... although it was a bit out of the way, once you've figured out the public transport it's not too difficult to get to. And will save you alot of money in taxi fares!! We stayed on the 21st floor and had a great view. There is a motorway running next to the hotel which gives off noise but after long days of exploring really doesnt affect sleep. There is a lidl store just across the motorway and there is an underpass across from the hotel so is only a 5/10 min walk. There is a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and small gym also which where never busy when used by us

    “Style over substance”

    Lovely looking hotel but missing basic amenities like water bottles in the room. Rooms are large and clean but have zero privacy as shower is in the centre of the room, as is the sink. Due to the futuristic design there is blue under lighting through the room, which is fine however makes getting to sleep difficult.

    “Nice hotel with interesting design”

    Although is located a bit far from city center it compensates through design and facilities. The hotel has 22 floors, and we stayed at the 21st floor. The view was nice and the room has a unique design. The staff was friendly, room service was exceptional. The spa is ok, it is a little bit small and the jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast is good and varied.

    “Wow!”

    My husband and I went here for our honeymoon, and what an amazing hotel it really is! Staff are amazing. Rooms are incredible. Food is delicious and the bar man.. well he made our trip that little bit more special! Thank you, what a wonderful place!

    “Unexpectedly poor hotel, but good staff despite organizational failures.”

    The hotel is located in an area where you need a car, it's not very pedestrian friendly.The staff were professional and polite. Room had lipstick on the floor, sink did not drain , air conditioning did not work, jacuzzi was out of order, my complaints were treated as 'feedback', although an apology was offered but no sweetener.Was more stressed after than when we first arrived.
