    “Stay in Cabo”

    Hotel did not meet my expectations. The room I reserved was not available when I got there. when I finally got the room it was not completely made up and was in disrepair. The grounds are impressive. There are 4 pools, two of those are for kids. The sea was beautiful however still pretty cold for me. The room keys would not work in the door. I had the key replaced nine times. Seven of the 9 times I had to walk all the way back to the reception area and then back again to the room and the key still wouldn't work. I took my friend here. It was her first visit in Spain and I bragged about this hotel based on its reviews. For me it was not premium.

    “Fantastic holiday”

    Stayed for a week with extended family for 70th birthday celebration. Very comfortable stay and all enjoyed (aged7 -70). Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic selection of alcoholic drinks, cocktails and soft drink. Good choice of food. Only downside is not a lot of beds in the shade - could do with some umbrellas and quite remote. Most entertainment is in Spanish.

    “Lovely bit could make a few improvements ”

    We stayed with a large group of friends and family. The food was fabulous, theblovely Scottish chef was so kind and helpful and provided vegan food for some of our group. great selection. The rooms are very large and the beds incredibly comfortable. We found some of the staff to be fabulous and helpful especially Sergio, Fabio, David and a few other bar men were so helpful. Whereas some of the other staff served all the Spanish people first and left us waiting ... the entertainment was extremely disappointing - mostly Spanish and very amateur. The kids club seemed to isolate our children as they weren’t Spanish and excluded them from certain activities. Overall we enjoyed our stay but very unlikely that we will return. We have 4 nights left so hopefully things may improve slightly.

    “Summer Holiday”

    Great stay in a clean, comfortable hotel. All staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. Nothing too much trouble. Will definitely return sometime in the future. A totally relaxing break. Buffet restaurant food plentiful, varied and good quality. Well worth all inclusive.

    “Another relaxing visit”

    If you are after a Brits abroad holiday this is not for you. What it is though is a relaxing experience where Spanish holidaymakers are the main focus but everyone is looked after. The kids club team are particularly brilliant. You won't find dozens of bars and restaurants but those nearby will give you a taste of Spain in a modern resort. It is quiet but that's what makes it really. The hotel does the simple things well in a relaxing atmosphere.
