    “Brilliant !”

    We had a very nice time at his hotel. I was very pleased after a bad experience at Roc Lago Rojo in Torremolinos. Thanks goodness, this Barcelo Hotel was absolutely astonishing, brilliant service and great facilities.

    “Accident on slide”

    I was having a drink, having been here many times I decided to try out the slide.... THIS IS A WARNING... although a lovely idea. I landed on my sacrum (on the hard, tiled floor), I was totally incapacitated for few mins - I literally couldn’t move from the pain & shock. I’m hoping there won’t be any long term damage. The staff surprised me with their lack of care. This needs to be amended in some way as I’m sure I’m not the first to have had this problem. When I asked to speak to the manager again I was told he had gone home(I wanted to find out if there was an “incident form” or the like to complete. Im shocked at the lack of care & attention.

We can assure you that our slide complies with the established safety regulations; we would never put in risk the health or physical integrity of our clients, however, we regret that you had the accident that you described. On the other hand, we are surprised by your comments about the staff, except for error on our part, you were attended directly by our deputy director after the incident, offering you health care and doctor assistance that you refused as well as other hotel services.     “Lovable”

    This is a 5star hotel with 4 stars because it does not have a gym or parking on site this hotel has the best employees of anywhere i have stayed they would make any business a success its a must stay place if you are going to Seville

    Very goog location, the personal is profesional, and the restaurant is excelent, especialy Mihai from gastrobar, is profesional and friendly! Irecomand this hotel. The food ia very good! The room is nice and clean.

    “Don’t waste your money”

    Poor hotel old, tatty public areas, poor staff morale and rooms sub standard. AC turned off in rooms despite adverts air conditioned rooms poor hot food offering at breakfast. Staff poorly motivated and reception particularly unfriendly
