Updated 28 April 2020

The health and well-being of our guests and employees is a top priority for the Barceló Hotel Group. For this reason, we are closely complying with the World Health Organization guidelines and the relevant authorities on the developing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation around the world.

Currently, the majority of our hotels in Europe, North Africa and the United Arab Emirates are temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 situation. As and when the authorities remove travel restrictions, we will open them again to welcome you. A list of current hotel closures in Latin America can be found below.

Given the exceptional circumstances, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience that this health crisis may cause you or your loved ones and share with you the measures that we have adopted in our amendment or cancellation of bookings policy in order to offer our clients complete flexibility during these difficult times.
