    “Very nice Hotel!”

    We really loved the room, it was really comfy and clean. The attention at the desk was really nice and easy. It was our wedding night and we got a high level room with great view of this part of the city. We're really looking forward to go back.

    “Wedding party”

    This hotel it ok!!! The first thing I really do not understand is if I book my reservation with TripAdvisor and gives you the amount of my reservation in $US dollars when I arrive to the hotel they charge me in Dominican pesos!! When I ask why the answer they give me was that they don't have dollar verifon...that's not ok! Because if I don't have a Dominican credit card and don't have cash.. your in big trouble!!! Other thing they don't have a hair dryer 😖!!! In the bedrooms!!! in the good side the hotel rooms are five star, clean, very modern, the AC works fantastic, hot water always, free wifi in all the area of the hotel... the employees are very helpful and nice!

It is rewarding to read our facilities exceeded your expectations and we certainly agree that our dedicated staff plays a key role to our guests' overall experience. The entire team works very hard to deliver a high standard of service and a warm memorable experience. However, I am sorry to hear from your concerns. The invoice in the hotel is emitted in pesos, the only currency that is legal tender in the Dominican Republic for monetary transactions. So, at the moment of settling the hotel bill by credit card, there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate. With reference to the amenities, as per our standard, the hairdryer is located inside the closet. I’m sorry you might look somewhere else in the bathroom. On your next visit, please, don’t hesitate to contact us in advance if you require additional information. We look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel in the near future. Sincerely.     Great hospitality...excellent service, great location and terrific dining for a great value en the heart of Santo Domingo. Recently renovated rooms and nice pool area. Just a few minutes away from major local attractions, shopping and nightlife. Will return for sure...

    “Nice hotel but...”

    Bad experience at check in. Front desk agent took my debit card and put a hold on it for almost double my total costs. She could not explain why when I questioned her. Still trying to get the adjustment to my card sorted with my bank. Great hotel but never again.

    “In Hot water!”

    I recently stayed at this hotel. It is my third stay. This trip my stay came with inconveniences. The hotel was without hot water. I complained but it fell on to deaf ears. No response or solutions from anyone. I must admit the hotel is undergoing renovations but still the guest should not be put through such an inconvenience. The worst part was no one from the manager on down would give an explanation as to what resolutions could be put in place to resolve the issue. All I would got from the front desk was that many guest where complaining of the same issue. The hotel knew as they were checking in guests that there was an issue with the hot water which to me is very misleading and unprofessional at best. Terrible stay!
