    “Nice hotel, good and friendly staff”

    Nice hotel, good and friendly staff. Very comfortable and clean room, I slept like a child. Good standard of a breakfast. I would definitely recommend it. Very close to marina and few good restaurants.

    “Good location”

    Good location just at the sea and the port. The bar and the restaurant was closed. You can hear each and every noise coming out of other rooms. The town is messy, people don't clean after their pets and just throw the garbage on the ground.

    “Room with a view of the Mediterranean”

    “Bugs in room.”

    There were bugs in the room. The room was so small that we had to block the door to open a suit case. The restaurant served reheated food, possibly leftovers. Ostia is not a town that you want to visit.

    “EXCELENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

    I have no words to describe the very good service we received in this hotel. As I´ve been working for hospitality industry for over 5 years, I decided to be in touch with hotel directly and book through their website. Very fast they contacted me and provided the info I requested, as my wife and I just choosed the hotel for one night, as next we departed back to Mexico. Since we stepped into the Lobby, a very attentive gentleman greeted us and he was waiting with our key cards in hand and everything ready for us. (We got lost that day and arrived very late to hotel), I really hate that do not remember his name as he was excellent. He even acknowledged us as fellow workers, I loved it! What can I say? If you know about it, sometimes you gotta enjoy some perks. They upgraded us to a ocean view suite, champgane on table and hotel manager card on table. I know is a small touch, even I have made with several guests but it is really touching. These guys work hard and have earned more than 5 stars. I would love to go back in a heartbit. Almost forgot, the ride to airport was GREAT!!!!! the driver was more than professional and very attentive.
