“One of the Cleaner Hotels we Stayed in Morocco”

I wouldn't think this is a four-star hotel. That being said, it is a solid three-star. Thanks to the use of tiles throughout the hotel and rooms, it is kept pretty clean. There was only two very small elevators serving the entire hotel to include service staff. So the wait can be very long if you can't use the stairs. The hotel caters to tour groups. There were four large tour groups when we were there. Making the breakfast area very chaotic and unruly. Making it worse they had a smaller staff working on Sunday. Monday was better with the service of cleaning up. The room itself was comfortable and of a good size. When we entered the room though we found a bird inside our room! It freaked us out at first because we thought it was a bat. The poor thing was so weak from being trapped inside for probably a long time. I was able to cover it with a towel and release it. How could the cleaning crew miss this is beyond me. AC took awhile to cool down the room or not work altogether for some of the other guests. The hotel is in a good location. There's a large Carrefour super market inside the mall across the street. Overall this was a decent hotel of our time in Morocco.

    “Nice Hotel”

Best of the hotels we visited while on our four city tour of Morocco with Gate 1. Room had nice natural light and a nice bathroom. Good location in the city for visiting the Medina and there is a shopping mall nearby. Many other travelers complained about the hard mattresses but we thought they were perfect. The included buffet breakfast including an omelet to order station.

    “Okay hotel”

We (my wife and I) are part of a tour visiting Morocco. Fez is our second city. This hotel is okay. The rooms are very clean, but the mattress is hard; other people on the tour have made the same observation. When we were going to check in, our guide told us that we get one bottle of water per person, per day: we only got one bottle. And there was only one coffee/tea cup in the room. Also, they only gave us one room key. The breakfast buffet was okay, the food could have more flavor, in my opinion. The water pressure is awesome, but the water can be a little on the hot side. For me, that's not a bad thing. The safe was an interesting experience. We followed the instructions on the door. As it turns out, when youn enter the six-digit code, that sets the combination. To lock the safe, you close it, re-enter the six digit code and turn the knob. Also, there is no number display, so that's a little different. The internet access is not very good. So, you're depending on the internet to keep in contact with people back ho,e,that can be a pain. But if you need the internet, you'll need a plan B. Right now we are in bed and it's 10:43pm. There is live music downstairs and we can throughly enjoy it - just kidding we have an early start in the morning and I'd rather be asleep. I can not recommend this place.

    “Decent enough”

First of all I found the bathroom to be very dark. Hard to even place eyeliner. Breakfast just ok. Not a fan of the shower-very shallow, overflow risk. Pool area looks cool at night (illuminated). Cute modern room design with screen. Decent closet space. Mall down the street. Outlets by the bed. Hard bed, but lots of pillows. Breakfast area can get easily overwhelmed.

    “Lovely staff”

This hotel has the most lovely, kind, friendly staff that made it a pleasure to stay here. My room was not as clean as I would like - there was hair on the bed when I checked in; the corners of the floor in the room and bathroom grimy. The drain for the shower was clogged to the point I had to turn the water off periodically to allow the water to drain, otherwise, the platform floor, with less than an inch high barrier, would overflow. And, as other posters mentioned, the bed is beyond firm and unforgiving. Enjoyed a great dinner here. Location is very good and they have a lovely pool area. Not sure if I would stay here again.
