    Very comfortable room and nice breakfast. Quick check in Good location and good price for 2 nights As well as the service is very fast. Very close to the subway surrounded by several different kind of restaurants and fast food.

    The hotel, staff, went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasent stay in Panama City. The food was terrific, and the night life was really one hell of an experience... I can not recommend this place enough, the location is perfect... Trust me!

    “Excellent place”

    The hotel is great... the rooms are fabulous and very spacious. Very quiet but above all, the staff attention was wonderful. En el restaurante, el breakfast buffet esta bien surtido y la comida es una delicia.

    “Okay inexpensive place. Checking in was painful.”

    Okay, inexpensive place. Checking in was painful. The rooms and hallways are very dark and dated. Looks like furnishings were provided by Ikea. The rooms had a musky smell to them which normally makes me check out. No parking nearby. The location was not bad. If you are on a budget it will work but not near the top of my list.

    “THE WORST - DONT STAY THERE”

    I booked the Occidental Hotel IN PANAMA CITY - PANAMA through Orbitz, they told me on the phone I could check in early ( no charge) no problem, like I have done before (reason why i always call before even paying orbitz), when I got there they added more fees almost doubling the price just to get in early as i requested on the phone, it was a classic bait-and-switch. I called and emailed Orbitz, that was even more frustrating than getting ripped off. The manager who I spoke on the phone and told me to make the reservation, came and talked to me and lied in my face, told me they system wouldnt allow him to do what i recuested, he just wanted to charge me for the early check in. they kept my money and say they wouldn't refund even thoug I didn't even last 3 minutes ther, didn't even see the room.
