    “Great value for money”

We had a great time in Cala Ferrera, the hotel is great value for money, very nice food. sea view rooms offer fantastic views of the Cala Ferrera beach and the sea. The only thing for me which would have given this Hotle 5 stars is if the rooms had fridges included instead of paying extra. Staff are very welcoming and great entertainment throught the day by the pool.

    “A great holiday”

A well located hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are perhaps a little tired but very clean as is the whole of the hotel. We enjoyed a great week here. We did experience a 22 hour power cut but no-one could help that and food was still served and most importantly the drinks were still available! Some reviews have people complaining about paying for sun beds on the beach but as the hotel don't own the beach they have no control over that. It is a little unfair to have to pay for sun beds at the hotel though. It is about a 10 minute walk into the town and you have the opportunity to book trips at reception. We would definitely return here again.

    “Lovely Stay”

I stayed with my fiancé between 10 - 17 June 2017. When we arrived, mid Saturday afternoon, the power was out (had been since the previous night). Generator was providing power to key areas in the centre of the hotel (reception / restaurant etc). Power came on approx. 7.30pm that evening however while power was off, there no lighting in corridors / rooms, no hot water for showers etc. Not ideal however it was a problem in the general area, not just this hotel. Check in was slow - about 50 minutes and seemed not be the most organised, however a number of people had arrived at the same time which didn't help. However when you get past these two things, we had a really good holiday. Yes, the hotel is a bit tired and the rooms could do with a fridge to keep water etc cold, but the good points definitely outweigh the negatives. Good points: - great staff, always friendly and quick service - all inclusive was as it says (meals, soft drinks local spirits, cocktail of the day etc) - good choice of food at all meals (even as a non meat eater) and food always labelled - room cleaned every day and fresh towels linen once during the week we were there - great animation team and activities - variety of entertainment in the evening for kids and adults - fab location - easy to get sunbeds and parasols on the beach if you couldn't get by the pool (12 euro's for 2 beds and parasol on the beach or at the beach bar, free beds and parasols by the pool) - close to local shops and restaurants if you fancy a wander Overall we had a lovely relaxing break and would definitely go back.

“Nice place near by a nice beach”

Nice room and very clean every day. We have paid for sea view and it was definitely worth all the money. The dining room was very noisy and not particularly cozy, the staff was very busy with no smile on there face. We had all inclucive but only eat breakfast, the lunch and dinner was not good the place was very dirty , so we eat out every day. Good entertainment in the evening and the reception staff was very service minded I would like to advice the hotel to give the dinning room some more nice surroundings, today its to cold with no spirits. We will definitely come back to this hotel but without all inclucive.
