my Barceló
my Barceló is Barceló Hotel Group's international loyalty program, open and free to all, which is aimed at rewarding the loyalty of the private and autonomous clients who book on Barcelo.com, Customer Service, and Telephone Bookings. The program offers high-value benefits, content, and communications that will improve your Barceló experience before, during, and after your stay.
BENEFICIARIES:
Beneficiaries of the my Barceló Program are individuals of legal age who have registered for the my Barceló Program through www.barcelo.com or the Customer Service and Telephone Reservations Service.
The account holder is the one who must make the bookings in order to benefit from the exclusive advantages after logging in to my Barceló. All purchases must be completed with the credit card provided during the booking process. Except in the case of an advanced payment, payment of the remaining balance will be completed when the guest arrives at the hotel.
The my Barceló member, as the reservation holder and guest during the corresponding stay, is the only person who can benefit from the exclusive advantages of the program, and to whom all communications will be addressed.
TRANSACTIONS:
All customers may begin to use the booking platform from the moment they are registered in the program.
They are only accumulated in order to calculate the level and application of my Barceló benefits, bookings made through Barcelo.com and/or the Telephone Bookings and Services Service after you have enjoyed the corresponding stay (day after check-out), during a period of 24 months* and from March 26, 2015 (all bookings prior to this date are not booked to level a level).
Only the first stay will be counted in the case of bookings made with consecutive dates in the same hotel in order to calculate the loyalty program level and apply the my Barceló benefits. The second booking onward will appear as invalid and will not accumulate in the my Barceló loyalty reward program.
HOTELS:
my Barceló, as Barceló Hotel Group's international loyalty program, applies to all Barceló Hotel Group hotels in Europe, Latin America / Caribbean and Africa, except at Novo Resort The Residence Luxury Apartments by Barceló (Cádiz, Spain) and Cuba (Caribbean).
Although the my Barceló benefits are global, they may be subject to minor adaptations and/or customization, as well as exceptions in how they are applied depending on the circumstances of each hotel.

What do I have to do to become a my Barceló member?
Click on my Barceló and enter the required data in the I WANT TO BE A MEMBER OF MY BARCELÓ registration form . Once you have registered, we recommend that you fill in your preferences in the MY DETAILS AND PREFERENCES section, as this will allow us to personalize the communication and offers we provide you.
I have forgotten the password to my my Barceló account, how can I retrieve it?
It's very easy! Just click on the main menu of my Barceló and access the link FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? Enter the email address you registered with and we will send you an email with your new password.
How can I delete my private my Barceló account?
Log in to my Barceló with your email and password, go to the PROFILE section and you can unsubscribe via the UNSUBSCRIBE button. All the information regarding your account will be deleted when using this option.
How can I update my personal details for my my Barceló account?
Log in to my Barceló with your email and password, go to the MY DETAILS AND PREFERENCES section and modify the information you want.
Why doesn't the my Barceló stay counter reflect all the stays I've had in the hotels of Barceló?
Our program automatically accumulates bookings (hotel only) made through Barcelo.com or our Customer Service and Telephone Reservations Service, as long as you have identified yourself as a member, within a period of 24 months* and dated after March 26, 2015.
Each stay is added to your account once it has been completed. If at the time of booking you forgot to identify yourself as a member or you were not yet registered, you can claim your stay on this page (provided that it has been booked through our direct channels).
Why can't I claim my stay?
It may be due to several reasons. We first suggest that you verify that the reservation was made after March 26, 2015 (Otherwise it can not be added).
It could also be due to the fact that the reservation was made through a different means than Barcelo.com or our Customer Service and Telephone Reservations Service. In this case, it is impossible to add the stay to your account.
It could be that it is a flight plus hotel booking. In this case, it is not possible to add the stay to your account.
It could be that the booking was made with a different email than the email which you are registered in my Barceló.
It could be because the reservation was made directly with the hotel.In this case, it is not possible to include your stay.
Why am I still not moving to the next level?
The my Barceló level is calculated based on two criteria, the number of stays enjoyed in a period of 24 months and the cost of these stays.
To move from my Barceló to my Barceló Intense you need a minimum of two stays and an accumulated cost of $600.
If you are already a my Barceló Intense member and you want to upgrade to my Barceló Unique, you must have a minimum of 4 stays and an accumulated cost of $2,000.
How can I import a booking into my Barceló account?
If a booking has been made without registering in my Barceló, the registered member can import this booking into his/her my Barceló account here. This way, the booking will be incorporated into his/her transactions and produce the maximum benefit of the member.
The following specifications must be met in order to import the booking:
- Only bookings made on Barceló.com and with Barceló Call Center will be imported, and they must have completed the check-out within the last 12 months.
- The booking must belong to a hotel in the current Barceló Hotel Group portfolio.
- The email of the guest who made the booking must be the same as the email of the member of the my Barceló account to which you wish to import.
- Flight plus hotel package bookings, and those bookings made on other websites, travel agencies or other means besides Barceló.com. and the Barceló Call Center cannot be imported to your my Barceló account.

LEVELS:
There are currently 3 customer levels of my Barceló.
- my Barceló: this is the base level awarded to a member after registering in my Barceló, and remains through their first and second booking made via Barcelo.com and/or the Customer Service and Telephone Reservation Service. After the 2nd stay is completed within a period of 24 months, the my Barceló member is upgraded one level to my Barceló Intense. A minimum accumulated expenditure of $600 is required to qualify for the next level.
- my Barceló Intense: this is the intermediate level that applies to a my Barceló member after the 2nd stay has been enjoyed within a period of 24 months (with a minimum accumulated expenditure of $600) and remains through their third and fourth booking made via Barcelo.com and/or the Customer Service and Telephone Reservation Service. After the 4th stay is completed within a period of 24 months, the my Barceló Intense member is upgraded one level to my Barceló Unique. A minimum accumulated expenditure of $2,000 is required to qualify for the next level.
- my Barceló Unique: this is the highest level that applies to a my Barceló member after the 4th stay has been enjoyed within a period of 24 months (with a minimum accumulated expenditure of $2,000) and remains through the fifth booking made via Barcelo.com and/or the Customer Service and Telephone Reservation Service.
The my Barceló level is calculated based on the stays enjoyed for bookings made at Barcelo.com and/or the Customer Service and Telephone Reservation Service, and which have been accumulated within a period of 24 months* from March 26, 2015 onward (all bookings prior to this date are not counted in level calculations).
The minimum spend applies as an additional and required criteria applied towards the level increase from this same date.
BENEFITS:
From March 26, 2015 onward, Barceló Hotel Group has been offering up to 10% off to all my Barceló members on their future bookings based on the number of stays accumulated in the last 24 months on bookings made via Barcelo.com or the Customer Service and Telephone Reservation Service.
BENEFITS BY LEVEL:
Barceló Hotel Group has offered a complete benefits package to all my Barceló members since July 2, 2015 based on their level in the program.
