    “Beware of being swindled by this hotel.”

    In making the reservation, I used the hotel reservation website to reserve a transfer (taxi) to the airport. This was 45 euro and according to the website covered the cost of being dropped off at the airport by a taxi/car. When the taxi dropped me off, he informed me that I had to pay 50 euro (!!!). I was double charged both by the taxi and the hotel. I called the hotel who informed me that they had made a mistake and would be refunding me 45 euro for reservation of that transfer. However, it has been almost two days and I have not been refunded. I was also charged an additional 12 euro fee for me telling the desk what time the taxi I reserved should pick me up. I have been swindled out of 45 + 12 (67 euro) by this hotel. That is almost the price of a room. Beware of this hotel.

    “Top Quality Hotel, Highly Recommended”

    Cant say enough, but please do consider this hotel if you want to travel to rome, very easy to get to rome central from this hotel, you are guaranteed a beautiful view and an amazing stay, and what better than to pick this hotel

    “Disappointing”

    Make repairs on the facility, make the pictures on-line match the reality, upgrade the appearance and cleanliness of the rooms.Work on communication between Receptionists to avoid dropped responsibilities.

    “Last Day in Italy ”

    Contrary to some negative reviews I was hesitant arriving at the joehl after booking. Hotel lobby was nothing compared to any negative reviews, with welcoming staff who have been acknowledged for their friendliness and helpfulness. Rooms were decent for a day or two stay, ideally facing the sea view would be better. My booking was facing the residential area, however, the balcony was spacious with a set of chairs and a table. Room was clean with adequate hotel amenities with ample of towels provided. Location is opposite the beach with plenty of local restaurants on the corniche, with various public transportation available.

    “Very pleasant weekend”

    A very nice hotel, with very beautiful rooms, modern furnished and spacious. The bed was excellent and all needed facilities functioned perfect (hair drier, internet, plugs). Very nice staff and very clean all around. The only weak point is the location of the private beach. Nevertheless a free beach where pets are allowed is located just across the street, in front of the hotel.

    “Very pleasant weekend”
