    “Beautiful Resort, Very friendly staff!”

    We have been to Cozumel servers times but we usually come for the day on a cruise. This was our first time to stay for an extended period of time. The hotel was gorgeous! The staff was beyond friendly and so helpful! The food was was average for an all inclusive hotel. It was actually better in the specialty restaurants than the buffet. The rooms were very clean and large. I HIGHLY recommend getting a room on a high floor. We stayed on the 1st and could hear water running nonstop from the floors above us! We also upgraded to the Royal club, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT waste your money doing this!! You get free WiFi and an extra restaurant. We happen to be there during “ off season” so the restaurant wasn’t even open! Over all it was a good experience. I would recommend and would go back!

    “Great Beach and Sea!”

    Food and drink quality is really low compared to the quality of the hotel. The beach and the sea was awesome. Room was really comfortable and clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Please improve on food and quality.

    “Dive trip”

    The Occidental has a great location for diving. Excellent dive operation, Pro Dive.It would be great if breakfast service was completely ready at 7:00 AM to give divers time to eat and go back to room to get dive gear before time to be at dive shop for morning dives.

    “Great Service”

    I stayed at the Occidental Cozumel last week. The grounds are beautiful and the service top notch. I don't usually care for all inclusive but the food was very good. Everyone went the extra mile to insure we had a great stay. We stayed in the Royal Club section, I would highly recommend!

    “Ocean and wait staff is amazing”

    The staff was amazing. The room was dusty. The bathroom was dirty had to call to have it cleaned before we even used it. AC didn’t work properly and was not able to properly rid of humidity in the room so clothes sheets and whatever else was in the room was always damp
