    “Excellent Resort and a Good deal.”

    Stayed at resort for 2 days over the weekend. The property is lovely and there is lots to do in this all inclusive resort.The beach area is lovely and waters are safe to swim in. Breakfast is good and with a varied spread. Buffets are good and give you a lot of option. Coral restaurant by the beach has a limited ala carte menu.The food is so so but the view is splendid. Food and drinks are all included in the all inclusive package. There is a separate adult swimming pool which is nice and quite.Good staff and clean property.You dont need to step out of the resort premises as there is lots to do.

    “Wonderful All Inclusive Resort”

    Took the family, got 5 rooms. Everyone was very happy with the resort, which is quite unusual. The rooms are nice. The Royal Junior Suites are twice as big as the Deluxe. The Royal is a separate area, and they do not let other family members come from the Deluxe buildings and share the separate restaurant and pool. The beach, main pool and food were all great. The front desk people are extremely helpful and friendly.

    “Great value, excellent service and staff!!!”

    We loved this place. You do not even need to leave the hotel. Brought new meaning to all inclusive!!! Do NOT buy the extra packages at the airport- total scam. This hotel has snorkeling and everything else included!

    “20th Anniversary”

    Resort is absolutely gorgeous! Rooms are very comfortable and staff is great! Food is average, with not a lot of variety. Very lacking in activities and entertainment during our rainy week there. Ended up leaving the property 2 days just to find something to do.

    “Nice, quiet and secluded”

    If you've read other reviews, then this one won't be surprising. We purchased "concierge" level via a package. This equates to "Royal Level" in their terminology. Concierge level gave us a small bottle of tequila and the ability to pre book the specialty restaurants. In addition, they helped us make phone calls and arrange transportation for check out. Why not a 5 star? Attention to detail is just not there - trash around the area that employees walk past, chairs and bedding on the beach front not wiped down or changed (do it yourself), only one bartender at the beach front bar and only one drink attendant, spills in the buffet not wiped up (milk spill by milk dispenser was never wiped up for the 40 minutes we were there), and a general lack of daily variety on the buffet plus food that was recycled from one meal to the next. Pros: Room was comfortable, quiet areas were quiet, always had chairs available (no "towel saving games"), specialty restaurant food was amazing, great dive shop onsite, and a fantastic private beach. We were not bothered by anyone giving us a sales pitch for the timeshare. We also chose not to pick up our "free gift" and missed our "meeting" for our return shuttle to schedule a time (knowing we could call and get the same information without a sales pitch. One other recommendation, cut the canned music on the bad speakers. Let us enjoy the sounds of nature!
