    “Lovely hotel and location”

    Just came back from a lovely stay. We both had a great time. Room spacious and bathroom very nice, twin sinks and large walk in shower. Food was good with plenty of choice and wine was of good quality. Staff very friendly and helpful across the hotel. Very clean everywhere. Pool lovely but quite cold. Our room had a big balcony but our sea view that we paid extra for was in fact a side sea view, our full view was if the power station so not a great view. Wardrobe drawers need updating as we had to pull one drawer out to close another, we used the bed shelf to store clothes which was ok. We were all inclusive but when we arrived there was also an all inclusive plus that you can upgrade too, bit much really as we paid enough already. Would have preferred branded drinks too as local drinks not great apart from wine which was good. Would stay here again but not all inclusive, maybe half board. Close to airport so not too expensive to transfer

    “quality all inclusive”

    Very good value for money hotel very good food and a good array and choice of beverages No problems with finding something you liked food and drinks decent quality house wines for meal times and a snack and pool bar open most of the day! Would definitely return to this hotel again!

    “Staff wonderful and hotel really clean”

    We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff are great, so helpful and friendly and housekeeping was great. The space around the pool is ample with plenty of sunbeds available (though some are broken so just check before lying or sitting on them). It is only a 30 minute walk to plenty of bars and restaurants, and if you don’t feel like walking there is a taxi rank just across from the hotel plus a little mini mart and a small restaurant across the road also. The staff in the restaurant are great and very willing to assist. The food is okay, just not very hot but to be honest it’s hard to keep food really hot in a buffet so we were happy enough. Rooms are large but need a bit of paint if I’m honest. All in all we would return to this hotel.

    “Great winter sun break”

    Good hotel, staff and value for money. Pleasant walk of about 30 minutes into the center of Costa Teguise. Bus stops directly outside for Arrecife , Puerto Del Carmen and into Costa Teguise town center.

    “Nice hotel with potential to be a really good one”

    We don't generally do package holidays but this flight/accommodation package was good value. The hotel is in a good location if you can block out the wind turbines and the industrial plant close by. That said it was not a problem once in the hotel and the grounds. Its location next to the coast gave a good vista and in particular the tennis court that we used daily had a great backdrop. The room we had was clean and spacious with a great view over the pool and onto the sea and skyline. Generally the big let down was the buffet dining room. I heard several independent comments from guests like it was like a canteen or the type of breakfast room you would find in a well know chain of reasonably price accommodation. Therefore there was little incentive to hang around at dinner time after our meal. The layout and lack of ambiance do nothing to promote this. It's fine for breakfast and lunch where you don't want to hang around but the evening meal just didn't feel special. With a little imagination and a combination of screening and lighting it could work with little expense. The presentation of the food is always going to be a problem in a buffet but cruise ships do it well and present the food in an appetizing way. Menu need to be different from the lunch otherwise it just looks like you are putting the same stuff out twice a day. With a bit of investment this could be a highly recommended hotel.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff are great, so helpful and friendly and housekeeping was great.
