    “Best location in Santo Domingo”

    I wouldn’t know if it is the excellent service, the amaing breakfast with all delicious Caribean fruits and chef’s amazing cakes, or maybe tha swimmingpool surrounded by a charming garden with most beautiful old trees Ihave seen... or maybe the chatty pRtots that fill the trees around the hotel at 6 pm... but the hotel kept a special place in my memories. The only minus would be the wellness and spa, that did not meet my expectations. The manicure salin was a disapointment, from facility to service. While in Europe we would expect a Zen experience with confortable seats, appealing surroundins and relaxing music, The spa hD noisy Caribean music and a ventilotor (not air conditioning!?) was making so much sound that I could not hear my thoughts. And all these at a price equal to the service in Western Europe.

    “Great Hotel with exceptional Staff”

    I always enjoy my stay at the El Embajador. I stay in the junior suites that have access to the Royal Lounge area on the 8th floor. You get exceptional service from each of the staff on the 8th floor and also on the main level. The food is very good. Always tip your server in cash in the DR as well as Central America so the server receives the full tip. Other wise the establishments will keep part of the server's tips. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. If your room is on the ocean side with the pool below you will have an issue with the loud music if there is a band or DJ playing but the view makes up for the inconvenience.

    “Beautiful property/rooms, but staff problems”

    This is a gorgeous property in a great location. The rooms have been upgraded and are luxuriois. Problem is 3 people in our group had mini bar charges added to our bill and the complementary bottled water seems to have been refilled (one seal was cracked and one bottle had the sealed cap only partially on). Really too bad that these things are going on given the quality of the hotel.

    “Amazing Hotel ”

    One of the best Hotel.An Without doubt this Hotel become one of our favorite hotels We stayed in the capital Santo Domingo, during our time in For my cousin weddings. Since we arrival we were warmly welcomed, an smile by the staff. Since I’m a member of my Barcelo we were upgraded to the Ambassador Floor . The staff was extremely friendly and very educated and respectful person. the restaurant very flexible and the food excellent and the restaurant supervisor s chef and staff deserves a special thanks. I Also like to give special thanks to Mrs.K.Rosario in the embassador reception Lounge. We had great time there. I love this hotel so much I’m going back on in the summer. I also thank a lot for the help with my reservation Mr. Manuel Mena & Mr.Franklyn in the call center. They are excellent and and they understand you needs. Thank all the staff. Excellent hotel we Recommend it.💯 .

    It is like no other hotel you have visited in the USA. The service is A+, the food is A+, The rooms are A+, The cleanness is A+ and the available transportation is A+. The business halls are just plain awesome. Very spacious and comfortable.
